With the stock ride height, did you have any rubbing or other issues with that wheel setup? The fitment with the 8.5" wheels (and whatever offset it has) looks awesome!
Never lowered a car before. What do you mean by “settle” for springs? I just want a cleaner look to eliminate tire gap, but I don’t really like the rough ride of suspension on my 2.0. Will this make it worst?
@@jrod0515 very funny! I used to drive a Honda and I love how reliable the engines are, but I didn’t spend any money modifying a car that is the wrong wheel drive for performance.
@@jrod0515 infact, I actually love the new Honda civic, it’s a car I can see myself daily driving BUT you won’t catch me doing any suspension upgrade or turbo or anything like that
Thank's for this video. I just picked up a '24 EX. I'll probably run coilovers but your height and fit is almost exactly what I'll be shooting for.
Not a problem man! Coilovers are nice, but if you KNOW this is enough drop for ya, definitely saves some money and keeps the oem ride quality 🤝🏼
These are the Eibach PRO KIT Lowering Springs 👍
Nice wheel fitment. What offset did you go with? +35 or +38?
I think 35 on the last video
I hit 1k miles on my Si yesterday.... love this video and will get these springs based on your video and input. good stuff bro. :)
Ayy that’s what it’s all about!! Good luck on the build and drive safe family! 🫡
What is the offset and tire size? I’m near charlotte as well
any plans on tuning your civic? I have a civic touring as well and I’m curious about tuning.
Possibly in the future, we weren’t chasing power on this build but might be nice 😳
Did you change out the shocks and struts as well?
Looks good!! Sport line or Pro kit? I didn’t get catch it in the video, so I apologize if you mentioned it
Can u send the link to the springs please

Do you get rubbing on any bumps while driving normally or highway speeds or driving through parking lot bumps, any rubbing at all? Nice build.
Zero rubbing, thanks man!! 🫡

Where did you get your springs bro
Looks so good!👌 Planning to get the same wheel spec. Will the rear tire rub ifever you have a heavy load in the trunk? TIA
Thank you family! And zero rubbing even with load/harsh corners 🤝🏼
@@Chained2.0twait...... are you a hundred percent sure that it's a pro kit?😳
What are your thoughts on the D2 racing springs ?

@@johncruz4455 I got the coils bro
How does it handle with sorts mode?

What rear window visor is it
How do the roads feel? Smoother or do you feel more bumps in the road?
With those budget tyres...hmmm probably feels worse.
Just about the same as stock tbh! Super comfortable all around
how much did it cost for you to lower your civic??:?
Are these rims the same spec as stock?
Hey just got Hond Civic LX 2024. It’s 16” wheels. Can I get 18” wheels on this LX

You’re the goat 🥹🤝🏼
How many inches r the springs
drop the link to the rims
What’s the point of this? Just for looks or does it do something performance wise?
Primarily looks, we hate wheel gap around here 😂
@@Chained2.0t gotchu just asking
@@joseleger2547 completely understand family 🤝🏼
What’s the tint % on the civic?
Right now it’s the 35% it came with, darker otw though 😌🤝🏼
U think it would rub with them fam all in it?
We’ve had pretty heavy load in there and still no rubbing at all!
i thought it was changgg
Linkkkkk
“Eibach pro kit” springs for the 11th gen civic sedan, don’t have the exact link tbh 😭
Springs aren’t that great of a choice coils would a been a better option yk but your choice 🤷🏽♀️
I’ve done springs, coils, and bags several times 😂 Just wanted a simple/daily drop on this one so springs fit our needs well
@@Chained2.0t i guess man 👏🏼 I prefer coils 💯 % over springs im on soft springs so im chilling im on 14k up front 8k in rear
@@fb2javii999 fair take fr, might eventually go coils on this one too, but just starting off slow 🤣
@@Chained2.0t yep thats another way to do it slowly into the build keep
Up the good work
