Im going to get judged for this but I think swolder is the best bug type. Honestly it has a really good defense typing with decent-ish coverage, pretty above average stats and it has rejuvenate and bulk up which is why I think its the best. Have adopted go against ANY bug type, it always wins. (yes including soulburst florant) also its a bug type that can hit fighting types and isn't weak to it. In 2.0 pvp, it will make it Eve better. Also it has slimy. This thing can be very annoying with slimy bulk up rejuvenate, with a horrid energy stat it can put it up for everything I mentioned previously, overall I think swolder is a very well-rounded loomian. I use swolder in like all my teams the set i run is so good and for y9ur set u should rather use bulk up

The fact that you don't have parasitize is a crime, I don't see why you would have brawn boost and rejuvenate, bulk up with parasitize would have been perfect.
