Wow just placed Argentina on my list!
You won't regret it.
Interesting video, I hope you feel better now! Hasta la vista
Thanks for the comment, I'll be Back 😆
Thanks a lot for amazing information 🎉 it's helping me a lot as I am planning to come
Awesome thanks, I will post a more in depth video soon. Touching up on most of the costs of living.
Good stuff!!
Glad you enjoyed it
Gracias
De nada a la orden.
Those steaks look great, and the price is insane!
Yes usually $5-7 a kilo of steak.
And a kilo is like 2 pounds.
how about garlic? In Australia, small Argentinian garlic costs A$1 each in Aldi which touted itself as an affordable supermarket chain.
😊
1 dollar and 50 cents for a steak? Wow, that is insane.
Prices have gone up a bit, but meat is still relatively cheap.
Give me that steak!
Are organic foods popular in Argentina and is it necessary?
In major cities organic is popular. Also even vegan options believe it or not.
Most meat is from free range animals.
Every single food in Argentina is organic. The reason that food rots so quickly is because food was supposed to rot. However, if it is grown through the beautiful hands of moncento, that is when you have fruits and vegetables that last for decades inside of your fridge
Yes my initial thoughts, thanks for the response @@jeanpierrebravo
Oh my God I want grocery shopping and one steak was $29. I just can't believe it are you telling the truth I can't wait to get the hell out of this country get to Buenos Aires. I'm bringing my blue dollars😮
Yes absolutely 100% truth. I will upload a video inside of the supermarket showing the prices. I was just in Miami for a few months and didn't eat much meat 😂
I pay $400 a month here for a nice apartment in the 14th floor.
@@EXPATditions please I love your videos keep up the good work show us the good raw stuff the other channels they put the music on and all that crap you show it unplugged I love it that way keep up the good work 💪
Thanks Doctor @user-tu1uj6oi2j
I appreciate the great feedback 👍 👍
What level Spanish do you need in Argentina to get by daily?
You can get by with 5/10 Spanish.
Luckily tons of people speak English in the trending cities (Palermo for example) and all of the major tourist areas.
I would love to go to Argentina but I'm English so not sure if it's a good idea
Hi thanks for your comment. That's not a problem at all. I've met tons of people from England here and non of them ever had any problems.

How long have you been living in a box?
Do you work from home or work in the country? Curious to know how you earn your wages in a foreign country!
I work remotely from home. But my wages aren't that good. Still cost of living is cheaper here so more susceptible.
15 usd. What's that a weeks pay in your currency?
Everyone has different wages. However the middle class in Argentina is much stronger than in USA. Unfortunately the lower class in Argentina has more struggles.
I know for a fact it is impossible to survive on a single income if you earn minimum wage in most of USA. Especially the major cities. Probably very similar here.
@@EXPATditions yes that's a fact but minimum wage was never intended for that
@@rebirth_mishap in some part of Argentina someone could survive on minimum wage but not close to the capital.
How do you meet people in BA? English speakers
Oh it's the best. There's weekly meetup events for nomads/expats.
I find it easier to socialize here than anywhere in the US
There are also some expatriate conclaves. Around Lincoln Community School (US accredited) in La Lucila, Vicente Lopez, is an American school and community. If it still exists, there was Saint Andrews, a British private school.
Around town, I probably met the most English speakers at an international book fair.
@JScottHamilton yes you're right even at tango classes I meet many English speaking foreigners.
There's also many weekly events hosted by Inter-Nations that consists mainly of nomads and expats.
that
would be 437.00 in canada lol
That's insane. It's crazy how expensive things are in North America. Not just food. Here in Buenos Aires my monthly cell phone bill is $3 a month.
It works better than my $100 cell plan in Miami 😂
@@EXPATditions agree I moved my family to Mexico here, we like it a lot, but still expensive in the nice areas. Have our eyes on BA. Be a big move. But worth it for cost of living
Feeling dizzy is very scarey .
Yes feeling better now.

did u take the covid ''treatments'' ??
Hi I've never gotten COVID
almost as good as Bali
I need to get out of the US.
Yea I feel you. You won't regret it once you do.
Stay away from dairy for a while. That could be the source of your vertigo
Good to know thanks I will def look into it. Been much better these past few weeks.
The exchange rate is not the official rate right? Its the street rate. What's the street rate now in July? Dollar is much stronger now compared to when you made this video
@@Asianconda yes it's gone up, averaging around $1 usd for 1.400 pesos right about now.
Some things have gotten cheaper but most stores raise prices almost instantly to keep up with inflation.
