Because this video was not taken 2 days ago as it says .it was most likely well before new signs were up.be careful with the false day that the video indicates.
They pretend they don’t see it and the guard is in the wrong or allowing them to touch the horse, even though there’s a big sign right there. I understand some people may not be able to read English, especially tour groups, but the tour guide can tell them what the sign says

I was telling my husband that the guards must be fed up with having to shout at the people all the time when there's a sign there. Some people even deliberately touch the reins to prove a reaction or capture that moment of defiance. However, most of the guards usually shout at the touching of the reins. So, I'm hoping they will shout a bit during these early days to set an example.
I have to giggle because there are so many uneducated people who insist on photographing each other with the guards; the guard’s hat is so low as to cover his eyes…..he doesn’t have to look at all the idiots! 😂
I’m noticing that the dates that are posted as to when the video was taken are false. This is an old video not a recent one; so new signs have not been posted yet. Now that new signs about not touching the horses are up, I feel that newer videos should also be posted not the old ones.
