This is just a movie, but these movies are a really good way of learning about how screwed up people have become. In the movies as in real life the so-called news people wouldn't know how to tell the news if their lives depended on it, and sometimes it does.
It's the kind of movie that's trying to bring more lunacy about the climate change or climate urgency whatever its being made to be called. The young ones are living it now. Even while watching this deliberate movie. The young have been deceived with this nonsense.

Most of the small film makers on this platform operate on very small or no budgets at all, so few, if any films would be made, due to CC costs.
The legal ramifications, due to discrimination charges for languages not included, would be horrendous.

i think the movie was acted to condition us to this day, if thats the case, then i think the climate change is planned and controlled by people and the journalists are used to predict and spread fear. especially in early scenes when the director of FEMA was addressing her team

I like this film. It has a lots of action and drama, Thanks for it. It is a very good film.
They blew the SR-71 flight suits. They were full-on pressurized temp-controlled early space suits. The aircraft turned like a super tanker NOT like a Cesna 172. Moreover, it didn't take regular jet fuel and required airel refueling right after gaining required altitude.
Yep. It leaked fuel on the ground. So fueled in flight after air frame tighten up. A true rocket plane.
And no single SR 71B was painted silver. The whistle that it makes in this is so far from the air-shredding, ground shaking, body battering noise that the Blackbird really makes that it is laughable.

The tornado scene in the trailer park at 46:04 is true and believable. i was in 2 tornados in my time. One chased me down I-75 by Grayling Michigan, I saw it in my rearview mirror for what seemed like a long time, I cut off into the Grayling exit, and as I did, I saw the funnel go right to left behind me. As Maxwell Smart Agent 86 says, " Missed me by THAT much". One last comment, why do the film makers always pick on New York?

Worth the watch. Lots of fun for everyone and it moves along. The special effects and stunts are at least good for a giggle. There are some heavy hitters in the cast who maybe needed the cash. The less well-known are convincing in their minor roles. The subplot dramas are more interesting than the usual fare. We get adultery, kidnapping, and a televangelist gone haywire.
Just like reality...really...people think they are all in control...
And...a woman is running the show...
The wrath of God is something to consider...but of course people are very intelligent...
Humanity should humble themselves...let this humility start with me...I mean this!
Of course peoples' sex lives are always brought to the surface and criticized...

I don't think some of you on here know how terrifying a tornado is and the destruction it can bring. That trailer scene is pretty close.
Yeah, there's actually a video of a "mere" EF-2 that hit Dallas, TX about a decade or so ago that was shown casually tossing 56-foot cargo trailers hundreds of feet in the air.
I bet many do actually. I do. I lived in the midwest for a while .... wehad them.
I’ve been in 3 and that was enough for me. After the second one I had a tornado shelter installed in my garage. My car drives right over it. Not really any basements in Memphis Tennessee

Randy mostly seemed to play mad or eccentric characters.

Don't let the cheesy opening disaster scene put u off: the characters & story aren't so bad; it stars some heavy hitters, & the plot both moves--& improves--quickly. The schlock factor actually adds a fun element. 😀

One major problem with this film: the SR-71 is a jet, as we all could see. Jets don't fly into hurricanes, because of the high probability of the jet engine ingesting a large quantity of rain, thus dousing the engines. That's why propeller-driven aircraft are always used as hurricane hunters. A prop cannot be affected by rain.

Whole regions, not just cities in Turkiye, Greece, Florida, China and Brasil under extreme rain and floods AT THE SAME TIME in the REAL WORLD.

I love how they are like omg poison frogs …. Captive dart frogs are not poisonous and wild one transferred to captivity lose their poison. The poison is linked to something in their wild diet that we cannot replicate as of yet 😂
It comes from the toxins in the bugs they eat and the body stores it so it secretes onto the frogs skin. It’s kind of sweet and nasty at the same time.

I've had dreams about a nuclear bomb going off in the US, a giant tidal wave biblical in size. The tidal wave engulfed 3/4 of the sky, a giant cracked in the earth and multiple tornadoes destroying cities. They started before lockdowns. Were living Revaluation. This movie makes me think of predictive programming.

If you're near the Arc de Triomphe and find yourself in the path of a tornado, you may be able to take shelter in the underground pathway that goes under the roundabout.

For those that aren't aware:
Recently, it's been stated that this 2024 hurricane season is expected to be as bad as 2005 via hurricanes 🌀 Katrina & Rita. Grown up in Southern Louisiana I personally never seen a tornado 🌪 nor damages, total destruction they do until I was in my 30's, 40's, again in my 50's.
This year already this area has had not just more tornado cells, but actual tornados.
We've also experiencing more hard freezes 🥶 as well.
