One chased me down I-75 by Grayling Michigan, I saw it in my rearview mirror for what seemed like a long time, I cut off into the Grayling exit, and as I did, I saw the funnel go right to left behind me. For those that aren't aware: Recently, it's been stated that this 2024 hurricane season is expected to be as bad as 2005 via hurricanes 🌀 Katrina & Rita. Grown up in Southern Louisiana I personally never seen a tornado 🌪 nor damages, total destruction they do until I was in my 30's, 40's, again in my 50's. This year already this area has had not just more tornado cells, but actual tornados. We've also experiencing more hard freezes 🥶 as well.

Worth the watch. Lots of fun for everyone and it moves along. The special effects and stunts are at least good for a giggle. There are some heavy hitters in the cast who maybe needed the cash. The less well-known are convincing in their minor roles. The subplot dramas are more interesting than the usual fare. We get adultery, kidnapping, and a televangelist gone haywire.
Don't let the cheesy opening disaster scene put u off: the characters & story aren't so bad; it stars some heavy hitters, & the plot both moves--& improves--quickly. The schlock factor actually adds a fun element. 😀 Pop some corn & get comfy!!
They blew the SR-71 flight suits. They were full-on pressurized temp-controlled early space suits. The aircraft turned like a super tanker NOT like a Cesna 172. Moreover, it didn't take regular jet fuel and required airel refueling right after gaining required altitude.
And no single SR 71B was painted silver. The whistle that it makes in this is so far from the air-shredding, ground shaking, body battering noise that the Blackbird really makes that it is laughable.
I love to see these movie of world ending extreme weather events... While the real world is having world ending extreme climate events... Whole regions, not just cities in Turkiye, Greece, Florida, China and Brasil under extreme rain and floods AT THE SAME TIME in the REAL WORLD.

I've had dreams about a nuclear bomb going off in the US, a giant tidal wave biblical in size. The tidal wave engulfed 3/4 of the sky, a giant cracked in the earth and multiple tornadoes destroying cities. They started before lockdowns. Were living Revaluation. This movie makes me think of predictive programming.

One major problem with this film: the SR-71 is a jet, as we all could see. Jets don't fly into hurricanes, because of the high probability of the jet engine ingesting a large quantity of rain, thus dousing the engines. That's why propeller-driven aircraft are always used as hurricane hunters. A prop cannot be affected by rain.
I love how they are like omg poison frogs …. Captive dart frogs are not poisonous and wild one transferred to captivity lose their poison. The poison is linked to something in their wild diet that we cannot replicate as of yet 😂
It comes from the toxins in the bugs they eat and the body stores it so it secretes onto the frogs skin. It’s kind of sweet and nasty at the same time.

Randy Quaid is usually the comedy relief in movies, can't take anything he does too seriously. Although his best moment was saving mankind in Independence Day. 👍

The forst 5 minutes are just hilarious. There's an official meeting taking place inside a building, in France, everyone discussing extreme weather conditions - and it takes a Scooby Doo like gang of teens to tell them that there's an extreme weather event going on right outside their window.
Meanwhile, Parisian officials haven't considered telling a ton of equally clueless people not to play on big metal objects as a storm cell approaches.
