It would be better if you made a drum and belt for the motor and used a table and made the motor below the table and the cutting stone higher in order to cut all lengths without being restricted to small pieces because of their friction with the motor body

Since he is using a old water pump motor, won't it get heated, as it works for water pump and water circulation will cool the motor. Won't this get heated up and coil burn up?
U r right but this would be used for shorter period of time during time interval of cutting the motor would get cooled and again we can continue
Anyhow motors pump was only damaged not the motor or windings everything is fine
@@phantomtech287I have a pump of this kind and I was thinking of converting for usage of some kind, like that of sharpening the knife. Hence asked. Yes using it for a short time shouldn't be a problem. May be for 10 mins kind

Can you make a machine for me
Can you lower the table you hold down the piece your cutting so you can cut all the way threw somthing ? Or is It dangerous for a kick back ? . I have a 1725 rpm 115 volt AC motor I've been wanting to do this with , to cut sand and grind , even saw blade for small wood projects . Can I adjust it to cut all the way threw like a table saw,.might have to have a STRAIT edge under to butt against to hold it true . My problems is I dont have welder grinder nothin. U hurt my back 11 years ago my wife told me to sell all my tools to pay Bill's..🙄now just basic shit. No job . I need to get creative in making my own stuff as cant afford to go buy nothin.not even a screwgun,drill . She got me one from a thrift store the dam batterys so week and wont charge. I got mad and broke it . Now no chuck , could've used the chuck. Dam... lol
