yeah I think they like have to go back into soul form in the demon world and regenerate. That's the usual rules for when demons "die". It's just like getting exhausted and needing to wait for their new body to grow

Ciel Continued thinking about his revenge and his soul was continuing burning and that's why Sebastian didn't betrayed him. Actually Sebastian did leave Ciel in season 1 when Ciel became kind, he leaved him in fire and after pluto's death he came back. So don't say that Sebastian is way better, 'cause they are Demons, I couldn't expected less from them. But that doesn't means that you are wrong. Everyone has their own view and taste. 😊😊😃😃😊😊
But Kuroshitsuji II is unreleated to the rest of the anime. It's made up by the Animation Studio, its not even Manga canon. The rest of the Anime ( Book of Atlantis etc) is manga canon. It's like BBII is an alternative universe that never happend aside of BBII. Circus and the other Animation Projects are actually the continue of Season I.
