- Psalm 61 explained. Psalm 61 is a chapter full of wisdom and teaches us a lot about how to be humble before God and how to pray to the Lord for Mercy. In times of trouble the Lord is a strongghold against the enemy and a shelter for all true believers.
From the ends of the earth i will pray to you and I will praise thee forever and ever. This is how true beliver shall trust in the Lord even when times are difficult and getting really uncomfortable.

Thank you so much for the lessons on continuing to keep saying Prayers to G-d for things we need, when things are terrible, I repeat the prayer many times and my heart begins to heal from the pain that I experience in my body. I have a back injury from a fall, and a pain doctor gives meds but none cure the pain. But the Prayers to G-d help me deal with the psychological consequences of the pain.
