For some reason, my adaptive ai are absoultely horrible in qualifying, and I always pull 2 seconds ahead on the first lap. Then, the ai randomly become a second faster than me and if they get past me Im never seeing them again
@@Dawid67_Pro Same here mate. In all practice sessions I'm always in top 3. In Q2 I destroy AI with 1.5 second faster times and in the race I fight with them until last laps of the race and win with 5 sec gap between me and second place. I'm doing 100% races and all sessions but without Warm Up
Had 2.5 races where I absolutely demolished the AI, Im not fast btw😅 on the second half of the third one, the suddenly became A SECOND faster per lap than me, was really odd, Moto3 at Jerez, opened a 5 second gap, then they suddenly became Pedro Acosta in 2021. But all that resulted in a fantastic first career mode race, I mean I was fighting for the win on a CIP bike so maybe they shouldve been a bit faster, but it was fun thats whats important. Also Biker, I noticed straightaway the thing you said about the bike being very slow to steer when braking, its especially annoying for someone used to SBK22 and MotoGP22 that just flicked the bike every single braking zone😂 I didnt realise how much I did that before picking up this game. But Im getting used to it tho, seems well just have to adjust our techinique and point the bike to the corner before braking
The adaptive AI is terrible, it’s just another name for rubber banding. You start out much faster than them, then all of a sudden 4-5 laps in the start putting in laps several seconds faster than they were in the previous laps, once they get past it’s tough to stay with them. This happens almost every race…
@@BIKERGaming Qualy as well. Several weekends I was 1-2s quicker in Qualy, a few I was only a couple of tenths but that may be my lack of actual pace at those tracks.
The Adaptive Ai is broken. Run Free practice so they can adjust to my speed. Finish p4. After Practice 1-2 finish 2nd in time. Qualify on pole by 2 tenths. Battling for the lead of the race for about a lap or 2 when the Ai become stupid fast and 1st and 2nd pull out to over a 4 second gap with me putting in consistent lap times over the course of the race. This has happened in the first 3 races of my career mode. I get that the point of adaptive ai is to have better racing, but it absolutely is dumb when the ai literally pick up a second a lap out of the blue mid race.
A second a lap isn't too bad, if it was gradual over a few laps it would be ok but yeah suddenly like that sucks. I have only had that problem in this video, all the other races I've done have been fairly linear in pace increase. I think it reacts to how much faster you are and over-compensates to catch up
Nice one! It looks fun. Do you find all the stewards messages distracting? A track limits warning should come with the third infringement, not with every single one.
Most people use 3rd person just because it's faster honestly, you can see more accurately where the bike is placed and where the other riders are on track. Usually people that use first person don't like the first person cameras in these games as well. As for the controller I think it's a mix; mainly Xbox but some use Playstation as well
Adaptive AI is only best for beginners. But once you have reached the race pace that can achieve Gold on Motogp academy, you'd better switch it off and then set hard on difficulties because Adaptive AI will go beyond realistic 100% difficulty.
I think the adaptive can go all the way up to 120% but I found that it breaks if you have a slow first lap. I had 2 different races (Austin and Jerez) where I dropped to the back on the first lap for different reasons (a crash in Austin and a long lap for a collision in Jerez) After that the ai just rolled around 2 seconds off the pace and I came back to win both races easily. It’s a shame because I think the adaptive ai is more intelligent when it comes to battling but the pace is all over the place. Had to switch back to regular 120% ai, I know I’m not the only one who’s had to do this either.

I'm still learning how to nail the starts. I always get blown away by everyone in all classes, even if I qualify first.
Shift the rider weight forward, helped my starts a lot
It’s really tricky, the Ai are really good off the line though

Do you do free practice? They have to learn from your times so if you only do quali they will be slow and then learn from your times during the race
@@BIKERGaming yeah, I do practise, no idea what is the issue

Morning BikerG, I am looking forward to adaptive AI !
Me too, it seems very promising so far

@@BIKERGaming Qualy as well. Several weekends I was 1-2s quicker in Qualy, a few I was only a couple of tenths but that may be my lack of actual pace at those tracks.
Really? I’ve noticed the opposite, they start slow on lap 1 as usual laps 2-4 they’re pretty quick but I usually get them on 5-6
Once they get a gap it’s fairly difficult to catch them up as they seem to do unrealistic times but if you get them in sight again they seem to slow
If you want to win races with adaptive AI, you better set your race pace slow and then full throttle on last 3 laps 😂

It's kind of distracting yes, but it's 100 times worse online the messages are permanently on the screen

Cockpit view only for me too! To each their own but more immersive for me although I'm not fast either way haha. Getting better though.
