    The first time we demonstrated early wire extraction tools to customers, it was a disaster. There was a lot of difficulty feeding the wire, then it kept snapping and our demonstrator was terribly embarrassed. Almost no one was sold on the idea. Years later, the products improved and now almost everyone's using them.

    I save windshields with old-school methods of cold knives and extractor. To each their own it usually only takes me five minutes to take a Windshield out. I don’t think I’ll ever change.

      What about all the tool marks you leave all over the hidden body work creating so much extra work to prime and prep those areas?

    • @jflhr
      @jflhr 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are the one doing extra work😂you think I care if you break your back taking a windshield off. I'll use the easier and safer method to protect the customer's car and windshield, while looking like I have fancy tools and hard to use. That will raise my price. You gotta learn, that's why a lot of places never scale.

    I thought you said this was going to be an instructional video, you didn't show shit, all I learned was that you have a slick little winch. How do you get the cord through the window, nothing on how to set up the string. go bust some more clips.

    This tool will not save all the windshields
    Depense on the vehicle and how tall the urethane is
    Most of wv and audi windshields eill brake trying to save it with bat

    • @autoglassdirect9071
      @autoglassdirect9071  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s a big negative. There is different fiber line strength and thickness. Thinner the line less possibilities of breaking.
      When you know what your doing it’s a breeze. This tool is for professionals not rookies.
