Super easy condensed milk pound cake│Brechel

  • Today's baking is a "condensed milk pound cake" made with sweet condensed milk.
    You can make a dense and soft pound cake. Egg-rich pound cake dough tends to separate from butter, and what I'm saying is a way to make sure it doesn't separate from butter, so I hope you make it :)
    Condensed milk pound cake (15.5cm x 7.8cm x 6.5cm x 2 rectangle pan )
    Ingredient
    160g Unsalted butter
    60g Sugar
    2 pinch of salt (0.5g)
    190g Condensed milk
    1tsp Vanilla extract
    160g Soft flour
    4g Baking powder
    3 Egg (175-180g)
    Preparation
    ▶Brush mold with butter or puralix.
    You can cut and lay out the parchment paper.
    ▶Place the butter at room temperature until cold is gone.
    ▶Place eggs at room temperature until cold is gone.
    ▶Place condensed milk at room temperature until cold is gone.
    ▶Measure the flour and baking powder together.

    첫 시도만에 바로 성공이에요! 겉은 살짝 바삭하고 속은 보드랍고 촉촉해요!ㅠㅠ 연유향이 은은하게 나요!
    진짜 너무 뿌듯하고요 ㅎㅎㅎ 제입맛에는 좀 달아서 다음부턴 연유 20~30그람 정도 줄이려고하는데 괜찮을까요..?
    쨋든 우유랑 먹으면 환상이고요!! 시원한 아이스라떼랑 먹으면 풍미 장난아니에요!!

    오늘 박력분이 없어서 박력분 대신 중력분으로 했는데 밀도있게 묵직하고 질감이 쫀쫀하고 연유맛 가득 너무 맛있게 잘 나왔어요! 분리도 안나는 과정이라 편하게 반죽 할 수 있어 좋았습니다! 조만간 또만들어서 주변에 선물해주려구여~ 좋은 레시피 감사합니다☺

    밀가루 넣어도 수분이 워낙 많아서 그런지 분리조짐이 막판에 일어나더라구요 그렇다고 크림법처럼 달걀 조금씩 넣거나 유화하겠다고 믹싱 오래,빠른속도로 하면 굽고나서 옆구리 수축되고 떡지고 난리나니 베이킹파우더님만 믿고 대충 하셔야해요 한번 실패해서 눈물 흘린 경험담입니다🥹

    저는 4배합해서 4개틀로 구웠어요
    오븐사양이 다르니 구움색보면서 하심될듯
    맛은요 만들어보셔요

    분리를 막기위해 밀가루가 먼저 들어가는거 까진 알겠는데 계란썩으며 휘핑을 많이해서 떡질까봐 겁이나요 괜찮을까요?

    I’m afraid my loaf pans might be too big. I only have size 18x14x8, 21x14x8, 26x15x8 and 30x10.5x4 (cm). Can it be baked into one or two of these pans? What would you recommend the baking time be then? Sorry for the many questions, but hope you can help. Would really like to try your recipe =) Thank you

    혹시 큐브 파운드케이크로 만들고 싶으면 양을 반으로 줄여도 될까요? 그리고 오븐 온도나 시간은 어떻게 해야 할까요??

      온도는 19-20분 내외로 구우시면 될듯하구요 ^^ (오븐에 따라 다르기 때에 조절하셔야할듯해요 ) 실리콘 큐브 8구 쓰시는거면 줄이지 않으셔도 될듯해요 ^^

    Is the condensed milk has to be cold if is room temperature I believe it doesn’t mulcifive or come together

    #계란 최대한 조금씩 많이 나눠서 넣으세요!!!
    저는 전문가는 아니지만 파운드케이크를 처음 만드는것도 아니고 재료도 실내에 3시간 이상 뒀는데 이상하게 단면도 고르지 않고 반죽이 분리되고 쪼그라들길래 찾아보니 계란을 정말 조금씩 넣어야 겠더라고요!
    어떤데는 계란을 10번 나눠서 넣을 정도로 반죽이 분리가 잘되나봐요ㅠㅠ…레시피는 맛있지만 너무 아쉽네요

      네네 시간은 동일합니다. 굽는 시간은 오븐에 따라 달라지기 때문에 꼬지 테스트후 꺼내주시면 될듯해요 ^^

    Thank u by answering me but even if the condensed milk is little bit cold I beat until become room temperature still the cake come same like yours the texture is smooth and beautiful because in NY is very hot so even the butter I use around 70 degrees is still doesn’t mulcifive

    핸드 믹서 쓸 때 날개에 묻는 반죽은 어떻게 처리하시나요??? 손이나 스패출러로 긁거나 조금 위로 들어서 공회전? 시키는 게 최선인지, 아님 다른 팁이 있으신지 궁금합니다.

    오란다 4개분량 만들었어요!! 단면을 잘라보니 안쪽이 약간 빵느낌이아니고 떡진 식감이 나오는데 이건 너무 많이 휘핑해서 그런걸까요??

      네네 오버휘핑이 되어서 그럴수 있어요 ^^ 양이 많을 경우 핸드믹서 보다는 스탠드 믹서로 하시면 정상적으로 나오실듯해요 ~~
