Hair Grease all the way!!! My mom usually use the original blue magic grease in my hair when I was a child. I haven't use the blue one in ages. I currently use the blue magic castor oil and my hair loves it. I big chopped last year June and now I am at bra strap length. Blue Magic grease has helped my hair a lot.
I noticed that the beauty supply better Indian hemp the super grow in the Castro oil I’ll have a very similar sent I’m also very in love with the Kuzu company!!!
I’m so glad I found your channel. A lot of people in the natural hair community bash grease-something that has worked for a lot of us as a kid. My hair was down my back as a child, and I haven’t been able to get my hair length and health back since I got a relaxer at 5. Like it gets to a certain length and then breaks dramatically. After buying all the expensive natural hair products and none of them working I decided to go back to the old school method of haircare and haven’t looked back since. Now I only use water, hair grease, deep/leave-in conditioner, head & shoulders, and maybe an oil here and there. Washdays are simple and effective. I also keep my hair wrapped for extra protection. Thank you for sharing this content with us ❤
How often should I wash my hair and how often should I put water, blue magic hair grease, DEEP or leave in conditioner and anything else to MY HAIR. Please tell me what to do. And do I need to grease MY SCALP or not. I'm using THE original blue magic conditioner and dress hair grease which I am using the blue one for right now. How often should I comb and brush my hair? And what else I can do or put on my hair? Text me with your secrets and answers alright CHOW FOR NOW.
I've been relaxing my hair since 13, I'm mixed and remembering my mom using Blue Magic and related products when I was a kid (she did her very best). My hair currently is just a tremendous disaster right now and I have 5 months growth with a bit of the relaxer at the end and holding my ponytail. Today I just bought the BM Indian Hemp, bathed with it and added up some braids....I'm going back to my childhood memories, learn how to manage my hair and never relaxing again. I'm also done with the other expensive natural routines and products that simply doesn't work on my hair. Wish me luck! I love to have my hair long and looking healthy.
Interesting...I grew up having hair grease used in my hair, however although my hair wasn't breaking, it also was never long either. Looking back I realize that the daily combing and greasing of my hair was being applied WITHOUT water, or any moisture being applied before the grease. It was being applied to my hair while it was dry. My sister did my hair back then, and we had never heard of the benefits of adding moisture before the grease. But now I'm going to try to twice a week shampooing and applying the grease to my wet hair and see what results I get.
Yessss hair grease is a sealant it’s not a moisturizing agent. It just helps with retention. And there’s a lot of stigma behind this but it also doesn’t grow your hair, it just helps with length retention. So your routine should be wash, condition, leave in condition, then grease. Hope this helps!
When I was a kid my mom always used the blue magic (blue one) hair grease to press my hair. And palmers hair success (pink grease) to grease my scalp. I had a head full of hair, and it was so healthy. The natural oils are not moisturizing enough for my hair. But the old school grease does the charm. I had to go back to what my mom used on my hair. Also if everyone notice, our friends hair was healthy too, when their moms used the old school grease.
My favorites are the Blue Magic Original and Super Sure Gro. The Coconut Oil one is fine I like that I can apply it it on a daily basis but I still experience shedding with it. The Blue Magic OG I experience less shedding and breakage. Now, I noticed something really interesting and this ONLY happens with the OG blue magic. No other. But when I drink loads of water my hair grows like crazy and I noticed that my skin starts to look better. Like the oils in the grease does not negatively affect my skin. lol it might be a hormonal thing. Like nostalgia excitement or something but I've always noticed that. I love using it the most when I cut my hair off cause it makes my waves look nice. lol
My grandmother all ways use blue magic on my hair wet and my hair was was thick and long she told me the trick was to wash my hair then add grease while it was still wet. Easier to comb and manage and the hair get the moisture. I miss my Gang Gang❤
You should do this with the other blue magic grease. Like the blue original vs the super sure gro, or the original vs the shea butter. I think it would be fun to compare them all
I use a spray mix of Africa's Best Hair Oil blend, tea tree oil and water first. Then Luster's Pink Oil Moisture lotion. My hair has been growing like crazy and is so easy to comb while retaing length. My hair was barely long enough for a ponytail 8 months ago, now it is down to my shoulders. I wash, then condition once a week with Suave rosemary and mint shampoo and the conditioner. I condition again midweek. Everyone's hair has different requirements. Gease was too drying on my hair because it doesn't adhere to my hair as a sealant. Instead, it forces moisture out of my hair. My hair breaks with grease.
Hi,I just wanted you to know that I am in love with your hair! I knew it was something and you and I both use the Indian hemp hair grease!! The best!! If I can get to that length of yours!!! I'm about six inches away from all that hair!! I haven't blow dried out my hair in years!! I was thinking about blowing it out, then see the length and twist it up!! I need to get the length going on!! Thanks again for the inspiration and IH is awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 😎 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 😎 👌 👏 👍
I used all of these as a child until I started wearing an Afro. Ma made one stipulation, I had to promise to braid my hair and grease my scalp every night. 30 years later Ma asked if I did that every night. I proudly said that YES, no matter what I did it every night. Also, I was known as having the best Afro and dred locs ever.
I love the Indian hemp and the original blue magic thank you for the information since looking at your videos I start using blue magic grease and my hair love it blessings to you princess continue doing the good work 🥰🥰🙏
I like blue magic and kuza hair grease they both have a Indian hemp but kuza is more expensive costing $6.18 for a 7.oz vs blue magic which cost $2.88 for a 12oz I'm not sure which is better to determine the best out of the 2 but they are some good grease my grandma used Dax on our hair as kids so that's another good one
Hi, I recently found your channel and I like your content. I just started using blue magic, I have the hair food one. You are making me want to try out the other greases when I am done with the one I have.
I've never used the original. Maybe I will try it. I have a twa, two, I am going to experiment with both. MI do like the Indian hemp.My mom used Dax green grease.
Indian hemp is a lighter version of super gro it does have Alot of extracts and fewer oils but works very effective...hair is softer than ever since i used dax at the beginning of last year...that grease is the shit!!!
For the blue magic coconut oil, how many times do you have to put it on your hair a day , I put it on my hair 3 times a day should I do that , I had started my natural journey 1 month ago and it grows my hair out, I love blue magic . I just use blue magic and water and do my washing
Hello beautiful Lil Sista,♥️😇Indian Hemp is my favorite, but I know most people doesn't like the herbs in it..I have no problem with the herbs, because my hair strands are EXTREMELY thick and my hair overall... Thanks for the informational content as always.. BLESSINGS PEACE AND CONTINUOUS PROSPERITY 🤗 BLUE MAGIC RULES AND SUPER RULES..you can't go wrong either way
Hey ❣️

@@nickynatro Oh, great! Thanks for letting me know. I will check them out!
How often did you reapply grease in a week?
I use the original, Indian Hemp and the Super Gro formulas. I love them all but I mainly reach for the Indian Hemp.
I noticed that the beauty supply better Indian hemp the super grow in the Castro oil I’ll have a very similar sent I’m also very in love with the Kuzu company!!!
My hair loves the Indian Hemp. It is a must have for me!
Yass!!
I start using the indian hemp one. Girl my hair love it. No breakage

You reminded me of how much my hair loved blue magic, I even started using their leave in products
I didn't know Blue Magic had other products besides grease. What are the other blue magic products you are using?

Yes I'm almost 60 as a child I never used water just the greese
The Indian Hemp has coconut oil high in the ingredients list, so that's why it makes it feel like it's more moisture penetrating inside the hair.
i used to looove the indian hemp as a child. smelled better than the original as well
Indian hemp is my all time favourite greasy, it straightens my hair like it's flat ironed
I love your hair it’s soo pretty, healthy! Can’t wait till mine gets this length.
Castor oil blue magic my favourite smells amazing and help with my grows and maintain my length because hardly have breakage now
Growth **
I love my GREEN Blue Magic Grease! If I feel fancy I’ll add some castor oil to it!👩🏽🦱💆🏽♀️

i love the blue magic olive oil/aloe grease.....and it smells so good
Which one smells the sweetest?
I use the coconut oil one, because it's white. It doesn't cause discoloration to my salt and pepper hair.
The Shea butter one is my favorite
YOUR HAIR IS SO BEAUTIFUL!

I mixed all the greases, especially when I’m running low on a jar 😄 problem solved, got that from my momma
I have been searching to see the one you use. Thank God it's the one I bought. The Indian hemp. Will watch to see how my hair will react to it
My favorite is the blue ordinal. My hair is so soft and wavy when I apply it on wet hair. I go from a 4 c to a 3c
I use the castor oil/aloe gel blue magic and I lovvveeeee it😩😍
So far I am using the blue magic shea butter with vitamin e because it has some herbs in it too.
My top 3 are coconut oil, Indian hemp, and super grow. Need to pick up some more because my hair really loves it in the summer♥️♥️
I recently tried the Indian hemp and so far so good
Great!!
Blue magic had my waves spinning in the 90s
For me, the Indian hemp wins starting with the smell !!!!
I got the Indian hemp one because of you 💕!! Doing my twists tomorrow!

Blue Magic Indian Hemp is the GOAT hair product
Enjoyed the video. Wish you would have added rhe take down at the end. Would have liked to see if there was a difference in the twist pattern 🤷🏽♀️

Hello.
Please which of the blue magic product can I use as hair cream.
OG memories your absolutely correct
I like the Indian hemp
Original didn't work for me. I'll try the indian hemp since I like the kuza indian hemp
Which one is the best among the two
Do you ever use a leave in conditioner along with the grease?
Yes, sometimes.
You should do try dax the light blue one
Coconut oil blue magic for my house
Is the Blue Magic coconut oil grease a good one to use?
I use all blue magic...
Do you ever get those fairy/small knots . It seems like you don’t but you’re always detangling very well and leaving your hair in a protective styles
I do get them, I’ll talk more about it in an upcoming video.
@@Razorempress looking forward to it because I get them everywhere and I tend to pick at them or rip them out which I know is not good.
Indian hemp is a lighter version of super gro it does have Alot of extracts and fewer oils but works very effective...hair is softer than ever since i used dax at the beginning of last year...that grease is the shit!!!
Thats because indian hemp isnt just a "grease" its a deep conditioning moisturizer
And less greasier than the super sure gro of the originals line
DAX Indian Hemp is 🤩
I tried Indian hemp before and it itches my scalp.
Great video Darling
For the blue magic coconut oil, how many times do you have to put it on your hair a day , I put it on my hair 3 times a day should I do that , I had started my natural journey 1 month ago and it grows my hair out, I love blue magic . I just use blue magic and water and do my washing
Once a day is enough and every couple of days. You don’t have to constantly reapply.
Awesome!!!
blue magic (og one) kinda smells like the bb oil moisturizer they both smell like baby lotion
Did you use any other product, or just water?
I heard the Indian hemp and the olive oil one smell sweet. Does anyone know which one smells the sweetest? I love sweet smells.
The coconut one definitely smells sweet
Hey, where can I get the grease?
do i apply it to my scalp ?
