Van camping on a mountain pass Lake District

- First off grid wild camp in the camper van since before the pandemic ( I say "wild camp", it's not like our old summit camps in a tent).
Visited one of my favourite places, Langdale to see the Langdale pikes as the forecast looked perfect with my best mate, Oscar the chocolate Labrador. 🐶
Trying to get in to my photography, using my Sony A6600 and my new Peak Design capture clip (which is brilliant) along with a K&F Concept tripod bought second hand.
Early start to practice my landscape photography at Blea Tarn, very popular spot for very good reason, it's beautiful.
My DJI Mavic Mini drone was repaired just before this trip so wanted to stretch its wings too.

We are in the planning for Bavarian/Austrian Alps next September my best places ever cause we are hikers too, going down via the Romantic Strasse through Germany, can’t wait.

If you drive past the national trust campsite on your left you’ll then head up a steep pass towards blea tarn.
I parked near the gate at the top of the elevation 👍🏼
Thats the easiest place to hike up. I went there two years back brilliant place to photograph.
