Damn good review man, thank you so much. All the info I needed. the generic videos never tell more than what is on the box. This is what I needed. I am looking at cutting thru .125" aluminum sheet and doing a lot of it. Also I need it to not distort so again super awesome :)
Buy a 50-60 tooth carbide blade for your circular saw it will be labeled "non-ferrous metals" that's your best choice for cutting aluminum. I use it daily. The nibbler is good but for $500 it's a little cumbersome. Have to have a 1.25" hole to start in the middle of a sheet. I use it some but not like I think would.
Thanks for taking the time out to make this video. A nibbler maybe the tool that I need. I fabricate and weld small items from 18 - 16 gauge sheet steel, and would like to move onto also using aluminum. I want something I can cut my parts out of a sheet with and will leave a good edge both sides of the cut. For making straight cuts, can you tell me please, can I use a nibbler along a straight edge??
It seems to me the big advantage is no harmful dust or fumes. I can mostly use my jigsaw or grinder for this kind of work but I really don't like breathing in aluminum.

That very impressive, I was debating between a new corded 1601 or a cordless, now this changes things
Looks like a tool that I need, did not know it was available. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for posting your review I will be ordering one in a few minutes.
Great tool. Thanks for the demonstration.
Thank you. Rad demonstration and review.
Thanks for the info....looks like a awesome tool.
There are other 10ga nibblers with thinner back walls which is better for curves.
What ate they? Cause this one won't do curves. But have not played with it a lot. There may be a collar locked down. Idk
@@DustinApple Won't do curves, surely to some degree, no? Any input on how tight it can turn?
Thanks for mentioning its not the best for curves
😂😂😂😂😂
No good. Only works on very thin metal.
