👉Al Anfal-8-67-مَا كَانَ لِنَبِىٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُۥٓ أَسْرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يُثْخِنَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ تُرِيدُونَ عَرَضَ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌۭ ٦٧:--🙋♂️किसी नबी के लिए गुलाम लौंडी रखना तब तक उचित नही जब तक कि वो पृथ्वी पर अच्छी तरह खून ना बहा ले तुम संसार की सामग्री चाहते हो और अल्लाह आख़िरत चाहता है और अल्लाह सब पर प्रभुत्वशाली पूर्ण हिकमत वाला है।
👉SURAH ANFAL-8:-69- فَكُلُوا مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ🤷♂️जो कुछ लूट का माल तुम्हे माले ग़नीमत मिला है उसे वैध-पवित्र समझकर खाओ और अल्लाह का डर रखो निश्चय ही अल्लाह बड़ा क्षमाशील अत्यन्त दयावान है।
👉-SURAH ANFAL-8:-41- وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنّ
لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
🤷♂️और तुम्हें मालूम हो कि जो कुछ लूट का माल ग़नीमत के रूप में तुमने प्राप्त किया है उसका पाँचवा भाग अल्लाह का रसूल का उसके नातेदारों का अनाथों का मुहताजों और मुसाफ़िरों का है यदि तुम अल्लाह पर और उस चीज़ पर ईमान रखते हो जो हमने अपने बन्दे पर फ़ैसले के दिन उतारी जिस दिन दोनों गिरोह में मुठभेड़ हुई और अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की पूर्ण सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है।
👉अल अहज़ाब-33-27--وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَـٰرَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُمْ وَأَرْضًۭا لَّمْ تَطَـُٔوهَا ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرًۭا ٢٧
🤷♂️उसने तुम्हें उनकी ज़मीनों घरों और धन-संपत्ति पर कब्ज़ा करने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया है साथ ही उन ज़मीनों पर भी कब्ज़ा कर लिया है जिन पर तुमने अभी तक कदम नहीं रखा है और अल्लाह हर चीज़ से बड़ा समर्थ है।
👉अल अहज़ाब-33-13--وَإِذْ قَالَت طَّآئِفَةٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ يَـٰٓأَهْلَ يَثْرِبَ لَا مُقَامَ لَكُمْ فَٱرْجِعُوا۟ ۚ وَيَسْتَـْٔذِنُ فَرِيقٌۭ مِّنْهُمُ ٱلنَّبِىَّ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوْرَةٌۭ وَمَا هِىَ بِعَوْرَةٍ ۖ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِلَّا فِرَارًۭا ١٣
🤷♂️और याद करो जब उनमें से एक समूह ने कहा हे यत्रिब के लोगों तुम्हारे यहाँ रुकने का कोई अर्थ नहीं है इसलिए पीछे हट जाओ उनमें से एक अन्य समूह ने पैगंबर से यह कहते हुए छोड़ने की अनुमति मांगी हमारे घर असुरक्षित हैं जबकि वास्तव में`वे असुरक्षित नहीं थे वे केवल पलायन करना चाहते थे।

34-Hadith-176-Vol-3-Book-34-Hadith 432-:-अबू सईद अल-ख़ुदरी से रिवायत है कि जब वह अल्लाह के रसूल के साथ बैठा था तो उसने कहा हे अल्लाह के रसूल हमें लूट के हिस्से के रूप में महिला बंदी मिलती हैं और हम उनकी कीमतों में रुचि रखते हैं सहवास के बारे में आपकी क्या राय है पैगंबर ने कहा क्या तुम सचमुच ऐसा करते होऐसा न करना ही तुम्हारे लिये बेहतर है कोई आत्मा नहीं जिसे अल्लाह ने अस्तित्व में रखना लिखा है लेकिन वह अस्तित्व में जरूर आएगा.--حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، بَيْنَمَا هُوَ جَالِسٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُصِيبُ سَبْيًا، فَنُحِبُّ الأَثْمَانَ، فَكَيْفَ تَرَى فِي الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ " أَوَإِنَّكُمْ تَفْعَلُونَ ذَلِكَ لاَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لاَ تَفْعَلُوا ذَلِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ نَسَمَةٌ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلاَّ هِيَ خَارِجَةٌ ".
👉-सही अल बुख़ारी-4350-ref-Book-
64-Hadith-377-Vol-5-Book-59-Hadith- 637--बुरैदा ने सुनाया:-पैगंबर ने अली को खुमुस लूट का माल लाने के लिए खालिद के पास भेजा और अली ने स्नान किया था लूट में खुमस की स्त्रियों को गुलाम बनाकर लाया गया उसमे से एक गुलाम स्त्री के साथ सम्भोग यौन संबंध बनाए मैंने ख़ालिद से कहा क्या तुम्हें यह अली नहीं दिखता जब हम पैगंबर के पास पहुंचे तो मैंने उनसे इसका जिक्र किया उसने कहा हे बुरैदा क्या तुम अली से घृणा करते हो मैने हाँ कह दिया क्योंकि वह खुमलुस के लूट के माल में कहीं अधिक का हकदार है।

Ref-Book-19- Hadith-6-Vol-3- Hadith 2517-Grade-Sahih-(Darussalam--जाबिर बिन अब्दुल्ला को यह कहते सुना गया जब पैगंबर अभी भी हमारे बीच रह रहे थे तब जो हमारे कब्जे वाली हमारी गुलाम स्त्रियों और उनके बच्चों को उमाहत अवलदीना को बेचते थे और हमें इसमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं लगता था

لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
🤷♂️और तुम्हें मालूम हो कि जो कुछ लूट का माल ग़नीमत के रूप में तुमने प्राप्त किया है उसका पाँचवा भाग अल्लाह का रसूल का उसके नातेदारों का अनाथों का मुहताजों और मुसाफ़िरों का है यदि तुम अल्लाह पर और उस चीज़ पर ईमान रखते हो जो हमने अपने बन्दे पर फ़ैसले के दिन उतारी जिस दिन दोनों गिरोह में मुठभेड़ हुई और अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की पूर्ण सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है।
👉अल अहज़ाब-33-27--وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَـٰرَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُمْ وَأَرْضًۭا لَّمْ تَطَـُٔوهَا ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرًۭا ٢٧

👉अल अहज़ाब-33-13--وَإِذْ قَالَت طَّآئِفَةٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ يَـٰٓأَهْلَ يَثْرِبَ لَا مُقَامَ لَكُمْ فَٱرْجِعُوا۟ ۚ وَيَسْتَـْٔذِنُ فَرِيقٌۭ مِّنْهُمُ ٱلنَّبِىَّ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوْرَةٌۭ وَمَا هِىَ بِعَوْرَةٍ ۖ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِلَّا فِرَارًۭا ١٣

34-Hadith-176-Vol-3-Book-34-Hadith 432-:-अबू सईद अल-ख़ुदरी से रिवायत है कि जब वह अल्लाह के रसूल के साथ बैठा था तो उसने कहा हे अल्लाह के रसूल हमें लूट के हिस्से के रूप में महिला बंदी मिलती हैं और हम उनकी कीमतों में रुचि रखते हैं सहवास के बारे में आपकी क्या राय है पैगंबर ने कहा क्या तुम सचमुच ऐसा करते होऐसा न करना ही तुम्हारे लिये बेहतर है कोई आत्मा नहीं जिसे अल्लाह ने अस्तित्व में रखना लिखा है लेकिन वह अस्तित्व में जरूर आएगा.--حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، بَيْنَمَا هُوَ جَالِسٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُصِيبُ سَبْيًا، فَنُحِبُّ الأَثْمَانَ، فَكَيْفَ تَرَى فِي الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ " أَوَإِنَّكُمْ تَفْعَلُونَ ذَلِكَ لاَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لاَ تَفْعَلُوا ذَلِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ نَسَمَةٌ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلاَّ هِيَ خَارِجَةٌ ".

64-Hadith-377-Vol-5-Book-59-Hadith- 637--बुरैदा ने सुनाया:-पैगंबर ने अली को खुमुस लूट का माल लाने के लिए खालिद के पास भेजा और अली ने स्नान किया था लूट में खुमस की स्त्रियों को गुलाम बनाकर लाया गया उसमे से एक गुलाम स्त्री के साथ सम्भोग यौन संबंध बनाए मैंने ख़ालिद से कहा क्या तुम्हें यह अली नहीं दिखता जब हम पैगंबर के पास पहुंचे तो मैंने उनसे इसका जिक्र किया उसने कहा हे बुरैदा क्या तुम अली से घृणा करते हो मैने हाँ कह दिया क्योंकि वह खुमलुस के लूट के माल में कहीं अधिक का हकदार है।

👉अल अहज़ाब-33-27--وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَـٰرَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُمْ وَأَرْضًۭا لَّمْ تَطَـُٔوهَا ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرًۭا ٢٧
🤷♂️उसने तुम्हें उनकी ज़मीनों घरों और धन-संपत्ति पर कब्ज़ा करने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया है साथ ही उन ज़मीनों पर भी कब्ज़ा कर लिया है जिन पर तुमने अभी तक कदम नहीं रखा है और अल्लाह हर चीज़ से बड़ा समर्थ है।
👉अल अहज़ाब-33-13--وَإِذْ قَالَت طَّآئِفَةٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ يَـٰٓأَهْلَ يَثْرِبَ لَا مُقَامَ لَكُمْ فَٱرْجِعُوا۟ ۚ وَيَسْتَـْٔذِنُ فَرِيقٌۭ مِّنْهُمُ ٱلنَّبِىَّ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوْرَةٌۭ وَمَا هِىَ بِعَوْرَةٍ ۖ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِلَّا فِرَارًۭا ١٣
🤷♂️और याद करो जब उनमें से एक समूह ने कहा हे यत्रिब के लोगों तुम्हारे यहाँ रुकने का कोई अर्थ नहीं है इसलिए पीछे हट जाओ उनमें से एक अन्य समूह ने पैगंबर से यह कहते हुए छोड़ने की अनुमति मांगी हमारे घर असुरक्षित हैं जबकि वास्तव में`वे असुरक्षित नहीं थे वे केवल पलायन करना चाहते थे।

34-Hadith-176-Vol-3-Book-34-Hadith 432-:-अबू सईद अल-ख़ुदरी से रिवायत है कि जब वह अल्लाह के रसूल के साथ बैठा था तो उसने कहा हे अल्लाह के रसूल हमें लूट के हिस्से के रूप में महिला बंदी मिलती हैं और हम उनकी कीमतों में रुचि रखते हैं सहवास के बारे में आपकी क्या राय है पैगंबर ने कहा क्या तुम सचमुच ऐसा करते होऐसा न करना ही तुम्हारे लिये बेहतर है कोई आत्मा नहीं जिसे अल्लाह ने अस्तित्व में रखना लिखा है लेकिन वह अस्तित्व में जरूर आएगा.--حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، بَيْنَمَا هُوَ جَالِسٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُصِيبُ سَبْيًا، فَنُحِبُّ الأَثْمَانَ، فَكَيْفَ تَرَى فِي الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ " أَوَإِنَّكُمْ تَفْعَلُونَ ذَلِكَ لاَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لاَ تَفْعَلُوا ذَلِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ نَسَمَةٌ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلاَّ هِيَ خَارِجَةٌ ".

64-Hadith-377-Vol-5-Book-59-Hadith- 637--बुरैदा ने सुनाया:-पैगंबर ने अली को खुमुस लूट का माल लाने के लिए खालिद के पास भेजा और अली ने स्नान किया था लूट में खुमस की स्त्रियों को गुलाम बनाकर लाया गया उसमे से एक गुलाम स्त्री के साथ सम्भोग यौन संबंध बनाए मैंने ख़ालिद से कहा क्या तुम्हें यह अली नहीं दिखता जब हम पैगंबर के पास पहुंचे तो मैंने उनसे इसका जिक्र किया उसने कहा हे बुरैदा क्या तुम अली से घृणा करते हो मैने हाँ कह दिया क्योंकि वह खुमलुस के लूट के माल में कहीं अधिक का हकदार है।

👉मोमिन की सिफ़त--सुरे अल mu-minun-23-5-وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَـٰفِظُونَ ٥
🤷♂️और जो अपने गुप्तांगों की रक्षा करने वाले हैं
👉सुरे अल mu minun-23-6-إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ٦
👉Al Anfal-8-67-مَا كَانَ لِنَبِىٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُۥٓ أَسْرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يُثْخِنَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ تُرِيدُونَ عَرَضَ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌۭ ٦٧:--🙋♂️किसी नबी के लिए गुलाम लौंडी रखना तब तक उचित नही जब तक कि वो पृथ्वी पर अच्छी तरह खून ना बहा ले तुम संसार की सामग्री चाहते हो और अल्लाह आख़िरत चाहता है और अल्लाह सब पर प्रभुत्वशाली पूर्ण हिकमत वाला है।
👉SURAH ANFAL-8:-69- فَكُلُوا مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ🤷♂️जो कुछ लूट का माल तुम्हे माले ग़नीमत मिला है उसे वैध-पवित्र समझकर खाओ और अल्लाह का डर रखो निश्चय ही अल्लाह बड़ा क्षमाशील अत्यन्त दयावान है।
👉-SURAH ANFAL-8:-41- وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنّ
لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
🤷♂️और तुम्हें मालूम हो कि जो कुछ लूट का माल ग़नीमत के रूप में तुमने प्राप्त किया है उसका पाँचवा भाग अल्लाह का रसूल का उसके नातेदारों का अनाथों का मुहताजों और मुसाफ़िरों का है यदि तुम अल्लाह पर और उस चीज़ पर ईमान रखते हो जो हमने अपने बन्दे पर फ़ैसले के दिन उतारी जिस दिन दोनों गिरोह में मुठभेड़ हुई और अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की पूर्ण सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है।
