Hilarious! I loved your leaf smasher device from the 1st video and showed it to my wife...she said, "well, I just smash the leaves down with our 4yo"...and then I watched this video and we had a good laugh! She's not the only one!

Hi Dave... you are awesome! Already been doing this. My phrase is using my "human Leaf Masher." May I humbly offer the following solution to the 'problem' of growing grandchildren. Make sure your kids are producing a continuing crop of grandchildren [preferably a new one at least every 2 years]. I'm on my third grandchild... I just keep rotating 'em out when I can't lift them any more! hahaha!

When they are bigger they can get into the trashcan without being lifted. This past week, I watched a petite adult woman hop into her "green bin" and give it a good stomping while laughing. (No, it wasn't me, I just helped her get in and out of it!)

Have you tried a pole mounted to the perforated (not giggling) leaf-stomper? Mount it up in the center and use it instead of the handles. Then use it like a manual earth compactor.
I thought about attaching a pusher-pole to the leaf-masher disk, but couldn't wrap my mind around the best way to attach the pole to the disk, so I went with the cabinet handles and justified the bending over by calling it more exercise. And you're right. It wouldn't work so well on the giggling version.

Where do you get them, and how much do they cost? I suppose you could make your own, but that would be quite time consuming.
Ha ha ha! You're right. I borrowed this one from my son. Making your own Giggling Leafstomper would not only be time consuming (this one took 4 years), but will eventually be prohibitively expensive. I expect this one will cost my son more than $50,000 before he's done with it.
