Box then the post office will leave a note in the box that says you have a package and then you go to the post worker and show that note and they will retrieve the box in the back warehouse. I don’t know how Canada works so go to the closest post office and talk to a postal clerk!

I am big on burgers and sandwiches, and I learned about 100 sandwiches and maybe 25 gourmet burgers in my "self-education cooking" from 2017-2020, however, I can never give myself a 10 out of 10 on my finished product because I do not have a BBQ. (The Secret Weapon) No matter how awesome the burger and how great my effort, that charred flavour and less grease from a BBQ counts for at least 2 points of the 10! I have a local spot that has wing night at $7 and they're smoked, so good! Other than that I usually make them at home with my signature peanut butter sauce!

@lookcatchu No barbecues allowed at my apartment building. I have the liquid smoke and smoked paprika. But, in the end, it is not the same as some charcoals and fire! I actually made a decent copycat of your "Five Guys Burger," and also a BK Whopper and a A&W Teen about 5 years ago. Of the gourmet burgers I made, this was the bomb.

@@lookcatchu I think a non-breaded onion bun would be messy.. we have onion smashburgers around here.. we will have a Beef-A-Roo going in soon and their menu looks good. There's also a Starbucks going in locally to add to our other half dozen coffee and tea shops.. too many for a small town.

@lookcatchu I don't know what large supermarkets are selling it, my step-dad keeps buying it for me. I know when I was in BC it's sold everywhere. Mild is really hot and hot is awesome! I have a local spot that has wing night at $7 and they're smoked, so good! Other than that I usually make them at home with my signature peanut butter sauce!

Lastly, I think you need a deep fryer far before a stand mixer! Soggy fries, airfryers or even oven baked fries are just wrong!
