So, in a Corridor Crew video, they assembled and built a Guillotine, got a blade custom made for it, and had a French guy bless it for them, so that they could make money off of videos of them chopping stuff on the Guillotine Channel for their beer.

I like to believe that Niko neither owned, nor knew how to play, a hang drum prior to chewing the kava. The spirit of the root just manifested the instrument and the skills to play it.
Like in the movies when a guy smokes weed once and all of a sudden he has long ass hair a jamaican accent and a room full of bob marley posters, just happens man.

@@Draliseth No worries! Although, he mentioned in a later video that it is actually a handpan - something I didn't know about, but is a related instrument ostensibly made as kinda a budget alternative to the hang (proper ones are mad expensive.)
Either way, if you're just looking for other clips of people playing those badboys, both those terms will do.

I can't believe Niko not only knows how to play the hang drum, but also have it at the office already
I love that they have them sitting around and use them constantly. Also in all fairness a lot of those 8/9 note ones make it PRETTY hard, to play a wrong note. I think they aren't that hard to play but you can keep getting BETTER at them. He definitely at least has creative talent for writing/playing. But a lot of them actually play instruments. Ive seen Sam play piano competently. Both Niko and Sam on Guitar, Clint on Drums. I feel like they were half band kids half cgi when they were younger hahahah.
I honestly don't think i've laughed more at a corridor video, the second people started chilling out i was smiling but when Niko just randomly spawns a bean bag out of sheer chill energy and Clint comments on it i started laughing. Also the part when Jake comes out from the workshop area and sees that Niko's drugged the whole crew
I like how he "spawned" the bean bag, He didn't have it prior to this video, it just manifested because he felt like the office needed some chill vibes

I miss them making these kinds of videos on this channel. The vfx/stuntman reacts are by far the best series they cultivated and created, but I miss having this interpersonal connection with the company and people that worked on the videos. With the new videos, there are new people all the time, and I have no idea who they are, what they do, or how long they've worked there. I hope they continue making the best decisions for the company, I care a ton about them because of these vlogs. Hopefully the new viewers do too!!
Don't worry, the real "new" people is just jordan right now, there's no actual new guys in the crew. The stunt man reacts and vfx artist react sometimes include guest, the guys are already perfect right now.

Yellow ID, not saying chewing kava doesn’t work but it’s more likely to cause side effects like nausea or like a general gastric upset feeling. So it can be effective it’s not really recommend. Also the traditional way of consuming Kava is to brew it and drink “shells” of it. I mean if chewing it works for you go for it, but unless your pretty experienced with kava where you know how it not only effects you mentally but physically I’d pass on chewing it. Also chewing it keep the flavor in your mouth much longer than tea, and kava definitely has a potent flavor lol. If you want to eat kava straight with making a tea and straining it I’d look into micronized kava as it’s a lot easier on the stomach and absorbs at a better rate when eaten straight than normal kava.

Clint and Wren being afraid of their mouth and tongue being numb is a perfect sign of anxiety--something that basically doesn't matter at all in that moment being top priority instead of being happy about the prospect of relaxing.
I agree they're anxious, pressure builds fast when you try hard on something only to feel it slipping out of your grasp. They made the mistake of being too trusting, you should know what you're ingesting before you ingest it. It also wasn't the coolest move to give it to them, tell them how to eat it, and only start explaining what it does after they've already started consuming it. But it seems like everyone had a good time in the end 👍

Nah it's kava. I wouldn't recommend chewing the root unless you take off all the bark, and make sure not to swallow anything. It's usually made into a juice. We have a dehydrated juice version you can mix into anything.

This video introduced me to the hang drum. Help, how different do the $150 sound compared to Niko's? I saw something that looks similar to his online for about 1k.
@@OnyDeus They typically are around 1k. They are custom made instruments. The cheaper alternative that has a similar sound is called a steel tongue drum.

@@dfangyee8817 i cant find them for 1k. its either one from aliexpress for 700 or so EUR or a Terre or Meinl for somewhere in between 1500 and 3000. also if you relly want to be able to play more than 10 tones you need more than 1, which is really cool and all i really like their sound and the way they are played but for me, they are unjustifiably expensive

In Vanuatu, there are things actually called kava bars which are basically your local bar.
They grind up the root into water and make the good juice. Be very careful when consuming large quantities. It REALLY PUNISHES THE PORCELAIN.
Jake walking in like a confused and disappointed step dad was the best part of the whole video. In my head he turns around grumbling back to his workshop about how he's the only ones who gets any work done around there because the kids are too busy laying around doing nothing.
I like how after the chillin' montage at the end, the very next video I get recommended is the one where Clint gets lit on fire. 😂

But is it addictive though ? Like Tabaco or other substances... I mean I would think something like this would do not harm unless you get too way much of it like any medicinal product.
@@Shinransa It's not addictive, but it can do some serious damage to you liver if you have too much of it from constant use. Another way is some times the root is brew up and you make a drink out of it.
