The PSVR2 is making such a great PCVR headset, none of that low contrast LCD grey blacks & compressed streaming artifact nonsense anywhere to be seen, well done Sony.
God, I keep hoping and praying Unknown Worlds releases an official PSVR2 version of this and Below Zero, but it'll probably never happen. Maybe they'll come around for part 3 🙏🙏🙏
I am a new PSVR2 owner (my first VR headset) and one thing I noticed right away when I was setting it up is that it is tricky to get it on my head just right to avoid excessive god rays (it is obviously most noticeable when looking at text). Otherwise I think it's great.
If you wanna take the comfort to the next level while also ensuring it stays comfortably snug without slowly sliding around (so the small sweet spot is no longer an issue) check out the Globular Cluster addon. I actually forget sometimes that the comfort/sweet spot is a common issue, cause once you have that addon, it's not anymore. That having been said, if you don't have any comfort issues and it also stays in place, you probably don't need it then. (btw get GT7 and RE8 if you haven't already, they're both VR masterpieces) (also No Mans Sky)
with my obsession with sharks you would think this would be right up my street, but weirdly although i have owned the flat version for ages I have never really played it.....should maybe give it another look......Have just been checking out arcade paradise......laundry is stressful man 😀
My PS controllers dont work on Subnatucia and the binding menu is kinda not changing it. Can you help me or tell me how you got them working? Or do you use another controller?
I'm pretty happy with this headset on PC. However, there does seem to be the occasional glitch or issue I hope gets fixed and smoothed out. The biggest one is i have no 90hz option available. It only shows 120hz and cannot be changed. I've tried re-installing all the software to no avail. Apparently, this is happening to some people with AMD cards? Hopefully they fix that. I usually set at 120 anyway but there should be a 90hz option there
This looks awesome, having a bit of issues with the ps app not loading and updating the headset, any reason why this would happen? Ive installed, uninstalled and reinstalled same thing happens 😡
Great stuff jammy ,how are you getting on with your tp link ub500 bluetooth adapter, mine is giving me serious grief with controller hanging and not responding, watched your updated set up vid,but its getting on my tits, cheers jammy 🙂👍🍻
Yeah, *every single pc vr game* with good graphics is gonna "look good" on a psvr2 hmd. 🙄 (why *wouldn't* it?) I'm so gd sick of headlines *pretending* (or intimating) like some incredible looking game is now (or going to be) on psvr2, when it's not at all, it's a gd pc game (or mod) that's just as useless and out of reach to ps5/psvr2 owners today, as it was last month, as it was the last two years. The primary reason I bought a ps5/psvr2 was so I *wouldn't have to* spend $3K+ on a high end gaming rig and also so I could avoid all the headaches that come with pcvr. (with the assumption I'd be getting *at least* 5+ years of support *plus* likely backwards compatibility for ps6) I realize now I might have made a huge mistake, but at the time, I didn't have any reason to think Sony would completely drop the ball when it came to support. (especially first party) I'm genuinely happy folks with super rigs can play high end VR games (or VR mods at least), but it's the also the smallest segment of the already small VR market, which means what happens there matters the least, to the majority of us. (I do have pcvr btw) Now the *instant* any of these games are *actually announced* for psvr2, I'm all ears and you have both my attention and my interest. Until then, these videos are basically you showing hungry people clips of delicious food that they can't eat, but *you* can. Gee thanks buddy lol.
How can I set up my Dualsense controller so that it works in VR? At the moment only one button works
Same here, trying to figure out

I thought you were going to be a braver man than I, but in the end…EVERYONE fears the reaper! 😂

Try putting the back strap lower than you think then start lowering the front of the headset until the sweet spot then tighten it up.
@@minners71 Thanks for the tip

I'm on the fence of buying a psvr2 or quest 3, and this is one thing i want to do..
Did you try the hands control mod? I saw a video some time ago but there were some problems, I don't know if they fixed it.
What controllers are you using ?
Did you ever figure this out? I can't get anything to work
apologies for missing this comment! I’m using a dualsense in this video, but there is a mod to use the sense controllers with hand motions
@@Jammyhero I didn't try the dualsense but I did try sense and Xbox. Weird. I'll give it a go!

Only 120hz for me as well.
same for me on AMD
How do you get the controllers working?
use the submersedvr mod so you get full vr support
Hey Jammy, do you have the option to run 90hz on your amd card in steam vr with psvr2?
I don't see a 90hz option on my AMD card. Hopefully they fix that.
Yeah me either. I think it's an AMD issue. I hope they patch that quick.
i don’t on AMD! it needs a patch
