Very nice, Just curious you said you had stayed at Torrey, was it on BLM or private RV park. from what I'm reading RV sites get taken up pretty quick and many places are closed in the winter. look forward to the next video thanks
We stayed at Thousand Lakes RV park. The previous video, Utah Scenic Byway Hwy 12, shows our arrival there. This was in October. Most everything is closed for the winter now.
@@CasitaRvLife Thanks, should have figured you had mentioned it somewhere. Planning routes, where to stay, excursions, activities is quite the deal. Looks like just being able to up and go without some reservations at an RV park whether private, National or state is a must nowadays. The BLM locations seem interesting. Thanks Again.
You sure missed the highlights of Capitol Reef. When you turned into the Grand Wash you could of hiked up to Cassidy Arch--the only arch in the US National Park system you can legally stand on top. You didn't venture down Grand Wash very far because if you did the walls would of get taller and closer to the trail. The Grand Wash is so beautiful. At Capitol Gorge you didn't hike down the wash because you were out of water but down that wash is a Pioneer Register where all the cowboys in the area in the 1800's signed their names on the canyon wall. You sure missed a lot. You better go back and make another video of the real Capitol Reef.
I agree with about missing a lot of Capital Reef. I had a limited time at Capital Reef so I had to limit the things I was able to see. As I said in the video, you could spends several days at the park and see something new everyday. We are planning a longer return trip.
I enjoy your videos, but would also enjoy you showing some of your camp life in your Casita. Safe travels.😊
Will do!
Great Video. Thanks for posting. Have a safe trip and have fun.
Thanks, you too!
Great video I really enjoyed the scenery. I also wondered where you stayed.
