If you/re a whale, some casinos will pay you triple on both 2 & 12. Iit depends on your other bets and size of those bets you make per hour over an everage of 4 hours of play a day.
There are some casinos that pay triple on 12. Don't know of any currently that do both. Certain promotions have made it possible though, especially in the 90s and 00s.

I’ve seen private games at Caesars Palace for whales with triple on 2&12. $500 minimum bet.
