      yes, actually when kundalini energy moves (Prana or electricity) stress get shed down... try it or join OSHO meditations near your place or come to my retreat and we will get rid of your stress....

    He says let the body to shake.. but for me it never happened.. I waited for my body to shake while listening music.. but u forcefully have to shake the body.. but it's intentionally.. anybody help me please

      Please come to retreats i conduct so can help you, when we are too much in mind and lot let body be free then this happens, so relaxing the mind is important, if it is not happening then a lot of catharsis has to happen.
