I felt mildly pissed that they cut this musical number out of the movie. That and "Good for You." Two musical number that were crucial to the main plot.
I still have yet to watch the movie, but this animatic shows that the song could have worked really well in the movie. Maybe the movie was just made in the wrong hands, because it otherwise would have had so much potential, and this brilliantly done animatic proves that.

this is so great! so many interesting angles great character designs and expressive poses ugh amazing! i also really like how bold and confident your lineart can be. it's clear that you know a lot about animation
This is sooooooooo good! The angles, the characters (nice job making them so consistent, btw), the cuts and editing are all PERFECT. Also, I've never seen it in an animatic, and I love that you included the parallels between Connor and Evan as well as those between Cynthia and Heidi!
