Absolutely loved making this sweater, thank you so much for sharing. Fun and easy to do and works up really quickly. You can make sleeve/body lengths to suit. I've already made a long and short sleeve version. Love it 😊
Got some bernat baby blanket yarns, decided I'd make my friend a sweater for Christmas. I worked through over half the sweater in less than 7 hours lol, amazing tutorial! I'll be using this one for my weight 3 yarns next. Thank you for explaining it so beautifully!!
I've not picked up a crochet hook for years. Saw this so have ordered myself a modern set. Just need the wool then I will attempt it. Update to follow. It looks easy enough so fingers crossed. Chunky knit wool in balerina pink arrived yesterday 6/8/24. Awaiting the size 12mm crochet hook.

I tried making this sweater but it was too small and tried to make it again so started with making the neck bigger to allow me to make the body bigger would I just add a few extra stitches at the 2 double crochet stitches 🙏🏻xx
I have payed for different pattrens and find them all far too confusing and complicated, even when they have videos. I loved this video and have made a cardigan from this vidio insted of a jumper, i love that there is no seams, everyone complements my cardigan , will be making alot more, and great advice to just try it on yourself it has given me the confidence to just add or takeaway stiches if it feels better, thankyou will be looking for more of your projects 😊
oh no.. i just bought a crochet pattern for a sweater like this for 7.50$ just to find out i cant work with it at all.. it's set stitches for different sizes and they just don't work for me! and here i come across your video and you explain and show it so well and it's made to measure.. thank you so much kayla, i will make sure to check out your etsy shop and get a pattern or two!
I wonder if you bought the same pattern I bought. :D I bought one from another designer and I can’t for the life of me figure out the whole raglan part!! I’m hoping maybe I can use this one and figure out how to do the other one. We shall see how it goes….. :)
How many chains did you do or the length of chain? I'm going to make this for a gift so I don't have measurements but saw you mentioned it fits like an oversized s/m.

You put the number of chains you need to fit your head (with the yarn you're using).You can use any yarn,you adjust it to fit your needs.

Hi question!! I’m making this for my grandma and I’m going to be making a large, XL US sizing. How many skeins did you use?
I used a lil under 4 skeins for this sweater. It fits like an oversized US size S/M I would suggest trying 6 skeins for a size XL!

Yes depending in the size and length you'd like to make! I made a cropped (slightly oversized) size small in this video and used around 400 yards!
