Hey Folks : The vermicelli dish that you saw was a Vermicelli Pudding prepared in milk and vermicelli that was topped with sugar, cashews almonds, resins etc. The dish that was smeared with the red paste was Raw Banana that was smeared with Chilli paste waith ginger and garlic and prepared into a Banana Fritter. The round fritter was prepared with a few types of lentils, onion, coriander etc and wrapped in a chickpea dough to prepare a Lentil Fritter. Love Paddy
