A train journey through this part of Europe is a must as far as i'm concerned, relaxing and with such views to be had, the train offers something a plane just cant match, once you have the time.
yes...yes...i trained from Naples to Milan and it was amazing...taking me through beautiful countryside.. places i may have been to in other lifetimes passing rapidly through the windows of my mind....happy sunday
I took the Train from Verona to Innsbruck last year. The Train stopped at the Brennar Pass, and we were allowed to get off for a few Minutes. Magnificent scenery. I changed Trains at Innsbruck for Vienna.
It is an entrancing journey seeped in history. I took the journey in September 2010 from Verona to Innsbruck. The train, it's self, as the video shows is very good.
This used to be my weekly commute pre-pandemic. It was generally not crowded, always on time and overall a pleasant trip. I have to say I miss it a little, but maybe I just miss the ability to cross the border whenever I want...
hi just wondering what time of year the video is taken? I'm going to europe next and am tossing up whether to go from germany to italy through switzerland or Austria - so far switzerland is looking a little nicer from your other video thanks
Hello from Spain, Mark! Loved your video. Would you help me with a question, pls? Was it difficult to find a seat in the train? We have bought a ticket without booking any seat ... Many thanks for your answer! Javier.
cooldog_0 cooldog_0 Not usually difficult to find a seat. But in July or February? Mid-week or a busy Friday or Sunday? From it’s starting point or boarding when train rolls in already loaded?
Thanks for your kind and quick reply! Its for the next July, 25th. It's weds. And we bought 1st class tickets. I make the question because its summer and its a route of almost 5 hrs ... It's a EC coming from Munich I saw on the route ...
Hi! I am taking this train from Munich to Verona at the end of August. I assume there is ample space in certain cars for luggage storage? I am moving to Bologna to study at the University for the next two years and I'll have a rather large suitcase. Thanks!
Hi. Looks great. I'm planning a European train journey in November. I'm on a relatively tight budget so will be going second class for most trains but do you think first class is worth the extra for the Brenner Pass to see it in style?

The dining car would be a great experience, but what safety/security of luggage whilst eating?!
The Brennero line is amazing.
Why an English announcement, and not German/Italian ??
They do announcements in all 3 languages.
