U claim hed fantastic but this killer also has the ability to 3 gen, place ur cameras around 3 gens going as far as able to keep ur main body by a gen untill u can tp to other people, and once people learn they can have an easy time protecting gens on him they will
@@yeulx4839 His cameras are very easily disabled by the EMPs, then they only serve the purpose of surveillance.
@@arveshi342 the thing is it doesnt stop him from 3 genning it also doesnt destroy the cameras, and if u space them out properly like u should around a gen it should be harder to emp them all, and thats just the surface of everything without going to deep into the details

Yes you can teleport without cameras, you aim you "gun" at them and "shoot" and you'll teleport instead.
The fact you can camp basement and still go around the map is crazy and the teleporting time is really fast, I haven’t seen survivor side yet but I hope the survivors are able to see wich camera the killer is controlling so they won’t get jumpscared by a insta telelporting singularity
They get like a screen thing alerting them when they're getting charged up by the camera

You can ignore pallets right after you teleported to a survivor, his 'haste' status gives him basekit en-fury
I guess the only counter to this killer are indoor maps.
Mostly the doctor map with all the walls
and EMPs, those spawn so often
we could say that they did a pretty good job so far
My only complaint is that they proclaimed a fix to face camping/camping is coming, but this killer is semi-designed to. My first match was getting camped to death first hook, simply bc the cameras were all around & the killer could come right back quickly.
Honestly camping, 3-genning, and tunneling are much easier with this killer

He takes a long time to tag a survivor close to a hook and EMPs are very strong, i feel once we learn how to play against it area control won't be its strongest suit, it really excells at chases
@@Aki...544 While I agree that as we learn it will get easier to counter, it's still frustrating that the power can be used that way. Considering the main complaints about SM & Knight are in the same category. At least the mori is really really cool tho, glad they listened after SM on that one :)
From what I’ve played of/against The Singularity so far, I get the feeling EMP’s are going to be a huge problem.
There’s an infinite amount of time only locked behind a “printing” cooldown on each case, and each EMP locks down a Biopod for a decent amount of time. While it can still work like a camera (which is nice and gives you good surveillance/map knowledge) it makes it so you can’t tag a Survivor nor teleport to them via the Slipstream. Basically, as long as you have an EMP, you can do a generator right in front of a Biopod and be perfectly fine. It can also cure Slipstream on top of disabling Biopods, so it’s easy to both prevent and get rid of Slipstream infections.
Haven’t tried it myself but theoretically Survivors could keep a Biopod permanently disabled by chaining EMP’s together and making it basically just a worse Skull Merchant drone and nothing else. It also affects multiple pods, so you can’t even solve the issue by placing multiple pods in an area.
He definitely has potential and everything else about this Killer is incredible from the design and personality to the lore and the perks. If they make EMP’s a limited amount item or make them disable a Biopod for a much shorter duration, I get the feeling he could be very good. They could also maybe give an aura to indicate if a pod is disabled, but that might be a bit too much and give even more information that could be problematic. Definitely not overtaking the likes of Blight or Nurse but maybe high B or low-mid A tier. All-in-all, Singularity is one hell of a breath of fresh air given the past two stinkers we’ve gotten as chapters, both on the Killer and Survivor side.
I love security camera-based characters and mechanics in video games and his lore and perks are very cool, I'm looking forward to playing him
Lowkey this reminds me a lot of Rainbow Six Seige where you control cameras when you die and scan other players to give away their position to your team! I think I’ll feel right at home with this killer.

So, some things about the killer power that are negatives for 'frowned upon strategies':
You can use the Biopods while next to a hooked survivor, however, when returning to your body, you will be slowed based on the time you were using the Biopods. This is an extreme slow, like 90%.
While using a Biopod to mark someone who is within 15m of a hooked survivor, the time to mark takes *three times as long.*
The height of a Biopod does not matter to survivors, the EMP reaches in a column all the way up and down, however line of sight is required.
Some things that the game doesn't do well at telling the killer they can do:
You can remove your Biopods by shooting them again (You will see a sphere effect before you fire), this can be used to reset Biopods that are EMP'd, or to remove deadweight ones so that your more important ones aren't overwritten after reaching maximum capacity.
You can shoot survivors directly with your M2, so long as they are already infected from a Biopod shot or other survivor; this will teleport you directly to them.
When teleporting directly to a survivor, if they pulled the pallet down on you as you were teleporting or after, you will immediately break the pallet and not be stunned though you will be slowed to compensate. In chase after teleporting, being hit by a pallet that would normally stun you does not stun you and does not apply this slow.
There is no real "Height Limit" of where Biopods can be placed, and they can be fired at places while midair to exceed the normal height you could shoot from the ground. If a survivor can see the Biopod and have an EMP, if they stand near the area it is, no matter how high up, they can disable it.
Teleporting can also be done while midair via shooting a survivor directly.
While you are controlling Biopods, you are undetectable.
If you exit a Biopod that was disabled by an EMP while you were in it, you will be slowed for a short duration on returning to your body.
Short is an understatement
I'm not sure if he fogured out some time after this video; but if someone is already infected, then you CAN shoot them directly with a biopod to teleport to them without using the camera. But they have to be infected first either through a camera or by being infected by someone else.
2 Tips for this killer
1. Shooting at a survivor when they have a slipstream attached to them already will teleport you without needing the camera
2. When that green effect around your screen is active, you have faster vault and break speeds. You also instantly break any pallet that would stun you but it will take you out of the overclock.
Also when you come out of a teleport, you get to vault faster, break faster, and dont get stunned by pallets, just slowed a bit and they break like its Spirit Fury
As it was said in the chat during the last part of the video, you can teleport without using the cameras, the survivor has to have a biopod on him, then you just have to aim at the survivor and using your power. It won't launch another biopod but instead using the teleport ability
If you don't already know you can shoot an infected survivor with your biopods to teleport to them. You don't have to rely on your cameras to teleport to them
This guy defiently seems better than skull merchant although i feel like they need to add more to it besides camera teleport but yeah this guy i would put mid to high B tier seems very fun which is all i care about
If you shoot a survivor already infected with a biopod you instantly teleport to them
The singularity blaster arm is what blasts their face

Shoot them then set up camera at loop and then use camera so you can teleport and at pallet use the buff of green (enduring, spirit fury, speed boost, vault boost) to never respect pallets and end them!
*Buff of green when you screen glows green vein you have the boost.
Also the perk machine learning is written weird and I suspect you can dragon grip and overcharge an older gen or reapply eruption from a far. I would like you to check this for me using surveillance since the gen glows white when not touched, yellow when compromised and yellow when touched. The old gen will should become white if it transfers the perk used on the newly made compromised gen.
The last match was insane, you really showed this killer's potential at the end game!
you missed a few things he can do. instead of going through a camera to teleport, you can shoot them directly and it'll still teleport if they are infected. and in his overdrive, you didnt see that you can break pallets easily, or vault windows faster, or see that you have built in spirit fury during overdrive.
At 14:00 you could just walk through the pallet, when you have the green thing in the screen after teleport you break pallets faster, have spirit fury and superior anatomy included basekit, but you didnt read the power
Rapid when you first teleport, you don’t get stunned by pallets and they break if dropped on you
Being able to place a camera in the basement is a problem. He can camp the basement without even being there, by regular hooks are issues as well but at least you can split it a bit more

Just in Case you didnt know, you can shoot infected Players directly to activate the Teleport. Dont know if its a Bug or intended

You can teleport to them with your arm, it dose not need to be a pod. Also swing through pallets after tp it gives you spirit fury enduring for like 6 seconds after tp basically.
It also goves u brutal strenght and superior anatomy.... so u get 7 perks in total for him
Rework the number of cameras, where you can place them, the transition time and make the killer have to actually be on target like huntress, death slinger, etc. then I can see this actually being the first unquestionable full release. I don’t mind the map I think the chaotic nature of it adds to the sci-fi direction. But windows is def gone be base kit for it
so apparently if you get hit with a pallet too after teleporting, it seemed like a base-kit spirit fury occurred. Something like that happened in the Otz vid when he was killing so maybe there is base kit spirit fury after teleporting?
After teleporting, when you've the buff, if you're stunned by a pallet, it gets destroyed but you're not stunned, unlike Spirit Fury, only slowed down

You can actually teleport to them if you shoot at them while they are infected too so you don't just need the camera to teleport

Does insidious work when you're on cameras
Your main "body" is undetectable while in camera mode. At least that is what the shadows at the edge of hud (when going out of camera-mode again) tells me, so i think insidious would be wasted.

If you use power while next to hook you get slowed. Which is pretty punishing due to the new hook camping mechanic

Love that you made the joke about how it's a FNAF simulator when in reality that's EXACTLY who this killer is. They can't get the license because Scott Cawthon isn't giving it out to anyone so they made a killer that would've been a FNAF property had they obtained the license. Robot killer, camera system, jumpscares with the teleport, I mean this is FNAF. Only thing out of place is the infection.

Whilst I love this killer, I think he can 3 gen just as well, if not better than the SM- imagine this situation
You put cameras over all 3 gens, and stand your ass in the middle, or next to one of them- and then just flick cameras- you will see anyone coming, you will infect them and or near instantly teleport to them with a speed boost- and if there’s an EMP, well you still got the info, you can still LOOK through the camera, and just walk there like SM.
But what makes this killer fun is that you don’t have to play that way (same with SM, I really recommend trying a chase oriented build it’s a lot of fun)
This Killer will be cracked on Red Forest, with all those trees...

Every single GenRusher is gonna be running Scavenger. It's definitely gonna get nerfed before it gets released. If you can continuously keep getting toolboxes during the whole match, thats gonna bring back the gen kick meta.

i'm very confused about him not being a 3 gen camper. he sets up surveillance and teles to who he sees, i can see very easy gameplay of just non stop forcing survivors off gens. great killer design just a bit confused about that statement because personally I can't help but think he's another amazing killer to 3 gen just not braindead but that doesn't mean his kit isn't set up to do it. discussion anyone?
