I think his boon should have been tied more to the lore, “Your safer in the light.” Gives 3% boost to unhooking, cleansing, unlocking and repair while injured. That modification would also help with the 3 gens.

@@cornpop838 Oh yeah of course. Because the light gives Alan strength and safety in Alan Wake so the opposite makes way more sense. Giving him 2 useless perks and one that’s gonna be nerfed is sooo much better.
this is actually a good idea… we need a boom that does something like this… probably just a buff to the speed since 3% is bad considering boon range
This is not a good idea due to limited boon range, and having to be injured. And if you are injured in the boon range then how are you gonna cleanse another totem which is definitely outside of the range. Unlocking is just time wasting in general. And unhooking is fine. BUT 3%???? THATS SHTT Lets say hypothetically unhooking takes 1 second, 3% of 1 second is 0.03 second. Now put that into perspective and if you are injured you wouldnt be going for saves

Honestly deadline and autodidact is such a clutch combo. Finally we can get those skill checks easier, but I also believe maybe it should give an extra bonus to great skill checks so people have more incentive to use it. Because that extra bonus to great skill checks could be GREATLY handy with resilience.
Deadline could Also counter huntresses lullaby, Since the penalty of missing a skill-check is Halved, so if i am correct missing a lullaby skill check or overcharge skill-checks that normally have a massive penalty if you fail them will be halved as well. so it can cushion the hit to progression of healing and generators.

This update for Billy basically just killed anyone & everyone's motivation to play Oni

Thumbs up to Billy buffs and Alan Wake character, thumbs down for Alan's perks. Champion's good, Boon urgh instead of wasting time setting up a Boon you could run Visionary/Deja Vu and get value instantly (or Rookie Spirit once it's set up) and Deadline, meh. Except niche cases like Autodidact it's terrible. Good practise for Doctor skill checks though!
