For me, this performance has the greatest sensitivity to the potentials of the score of any performance on any instrument that I have ever heard and I have heard metric tons of Scarlatti.
This is absolutely my favourite version of K.141 -- and I'm 68 years old and have been listening to dozens of versions all my life. Amazing in technique and musicality, it brings out the interplay of sustain and staccato that is impossible on piano or harpsichord. Thrilling!
