    Got back into playing last season after about 17 year break I had.
    I am 40 today. Getting injured all the time.
    Last season;
    Sprained my groin twice
    Broke right collar bone
    Sprained my foot
    Was out 2-8 weeks for each injury.
    This season;
    Fractured a sesamoid bone in my right foot. That was 6 months ago and still bad. 50/50 if I will be able to return at all (which breaks my heart)
    Love the game a little too much, so from the day I returned to playing icehockey again, I have probably been playing too often and too much. Brain is still competetive 20-year old me, but body is not...
    In my jr/sr age I was almost never injured. Had one concussion once and one hand injury, and that is about it.
    Thanks for great content Wayne!

      Strange. I'd think about checking in with your Dr. You might also try loosening your skate laces. Your Dr may also recommend compression gear which could help circulation.

      @@VOGoalie Compression gear is a good idea in general, I think. And definitely look at loosening your skates. Poor circulation through your feet will 100% mess with the blood pressure in other parts of your body.
