I think the mental strength of Maguire is so underrated and how his comeback to perform for are club whilst we need it the most and i absolutly love it. Maguire offers something non if are other defenders can and it’s his physical apperance and it’s so important for are pressure against low block defenses. As we press and bomb players forward to try unlock their tight defenses we need the physical of maguire as they clear the ball he consistenly wins the duels against the forwards and keeps the pressure on the other team. This reminds me of the old united when we had the likes of vidic and ferdinand always winning the ball back and free upp are fullbacks to creat and go forward and maintain pressure. This is a quality uniteds best teams had always had and it’s something only maguire in our current team can do. This quality in my opinion is so underrated and you can see it in all big teams in premier league with the likes of van dijk, ruben dias, saliba and so on. I personally think this is a view point that often get overlocked and it be interesting hear your thoughts about this. Much love from Sweden
