I love using my junk mail envelopes. There are so many. My weekend was a little wild. I’m visiting in Las Vegas and we drove to Salt Lake City on Friday afternoon, met with a lot of my grandkids and great grandkids on Saturday and drove back that night. The altitude difference from Alabama is wearing me out. But I loved seeing family I haven’t seen in years.

I never heard anything out of place in the past videos but I tend to ignore anything in the background of videos I’m watching. I love ideas for envelopes. I have a vintage wooden Pepsi crate full of them.

Flip upside and flips out are my favorite interactive parts of a journal. Maybe its certain devices that people watch your videos because I don't get the beeping sound. I got an amazing phone call today. I was from a cousin I haven't heard from for about 50 years. My dad died when I was 19 in 1977 and gradually thru the years we all lost touch with my dad's side of the family. My cousin is around 10 years older than me and caught me up on his life since he moved to Houston Texas. As my Aunt and Uncles onlyrics child they were sad when he moved so far away to another country. He then moved his family to Saudi Arabia where his 2nd son was born. I asked him if his son had a dual passport but they had to get special documentation from the Saudi government to bring him home to CAnadarko. He said that his son has just a Canadian passport. My dad came from a very big family. He was the 2nd youngest and he had 14 brothers and sisters and most of them had a lot of kids. He had a whole bunch of necessity and nephews that were years older than him and even had some grand necessary and nephews. My mom came from a small family and we were quite close to my dad's sisters but somehow our family just drifted away from all our relatives on my dad's side. I think my sister still keeps in touch with a cousin her age. She came to the same high school we did but she was a grade lower than me so somehow we really didn't connect. My cousin Bobby, but he goes by Robert now mention his sons and his grandkids but somehow in all the catching up we only talk ed about his youngest son and his wife. They are both airline pilots but work for separate airlines. Afterward I was wondering how often they got to see each other.

I’ve got hearing aids and I never noticed. I also have tendinitis and the hearing aids help it not to be so loud. I love that journal!
