Praying for your friend. My brother-in-law is hospitalized with Covid pneumonia. He’s not on a ventilator but he’s not doing very good. Just lost a friend 32 years old from the awful Covid a few weeks ago. I love listening to you talk and I feel like we’re “communicating” too because I answer you out loud sometimes, lol!

We had heavy rain here in Central Texas most of the day Wednesday. As the evening and night temps went below freezing, it turned to sleet and snow through Thursday. Enjoying all of your tutorials using junk envelopes. 😊

Love these envelopes. It helps when you let it all out, my oldest son has Covid so I know how you feel. Hubby and I can’t do much cause he lives in Australia and us in NZ. We ring three times a day all reports at the moment are he is stable and doing ok. We have had rain for 6 days now but it’s a blessing, temps were high and everything was soooo dry, so it’s very welcome. Hope the rest of your family are well. And don’t feel bad about using magnifying glasses. I have one in every room in my apartment. I think I have a cataract in my right eye for sure. Love your videos.

Hi Mrs. E! I love when you come on and chat with us! Even though your chatting with almost 100k of us... you make it personal and feel like your chatting with just a few close friends. I kept your friends in my prayers tonight.... I know what the COVID feels like I had it in January. I was lucky and didn't have to go to go to the hospital but, was still pretty sick. It took my grandmother in December she had COPD and we managed to keep her safe for 2 years. I still have lasting headaches and days I feel just wiped out. a little more about me? I've been in the JJ hobby for about a year now and I love it! It's why I order so much from your store if I need (or sometimes just want) something I check the shop first! Supporting small businesses is important and I appreciate your videos/tutorials more than you'll ever know. ❤️ It's been snowing all night in northern VT and as of 3am we have about 10" with it not letting up until later this afternoon. A crafting cruise 🛳 sounds so good right about now... I didn't know they existed! Love and prayers from my family to yours. ❤😊

I have not done a single thing. I have been watching videos about this craft- I find it so interesting. I’ve started collecting stuff to start. I’m a watercolorist and have materials for water coloring. I know I can incorporate it in my journals. I’d like to use gelli prints too.. Hello from New England, you're brightening up a gray, messy day. I love listening to you think your way through a project. Please keep us up to date about your eye surgery--I underwent lasik about 10 years ago and have never regretted it. I remember being helped off the table, looking down at the floor, and realizing I could see my feet!
I am doing fine. My daughter and granddaughter just got over it. But they are fine now.. I love this project. I have so many of these envelopes. So sorry to hear about your granddaughter. God bless and keep her safe.

Extended periods of freezing rain here over the next day or so. Hoping the power doesn't go out. Lots of people here with COVID too. I've avoided it so far. My grandsons have both had it and luckily their symptoms were mild. I hope your friend and son and your granddaughter recover quickly. Love your envelope projects.

I am older than you, so please do not think you are an old lady! LOL. I am ok but hubby has COPD and emphysema,so he is on oxygen most of the time. I’m so sorry to hear about your friend Edith.We had been almost COVID free for 2 years where I live in Queensland Australia,until they opened the border up and now we’ve been hit with the omicron version.Unfortunately I have had a few friends who have had it and it’s quite scary but we’re trying to live life as normal as possible.I hope your friend gets better soon.I love this craft and I’m definitely going to try it.

My Neice and her family have it. My Sister lost her husband in Nov to it and his Dad a few days earlier. He got it from his Dad. Had alot of Friends and hubby's family have it. Some are on their second time. My sister too. Just 2 months after she had it.

My son and his wife in their 40’s recently went to Las Vegas and they both got COVID. They are tripled vax. The symptoms were mild. No hospital thank God.

Love the junk envelope projects, we get so many of them! My family got sick after Christmas however, one of my sons tested negative and I was ok! Like your hubby, I have A-fib and breathing problems, so I totally understand, kids you always worry about them. 🙏 going up 💜

I was just told a good tip and I was thinking about you take a piece of Shelf liner the group stuff and put it on a piece of chip board and then you could put your Inc. plot on there and this way it won’t move while you’re inking 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Us too, great time for crafting during this and looking at the snow covered ground as I go, just so relaxing to me while I hibernate. This got me into catching up on stuff I’ve had stashed and not shopping for more crafts.

What a great project! I love envelope crafts, and this turned out beautifully….just a little hack for you….when you take something to your sewing machine that may have glue it the needle path, use a tiny smear of a product called Sewer’s Aid directly on your needle. It is pharmaceutical grade liquid silicon, and the glue won’t gunk up your needle at all. I use it for iron on interfacings, glue, even just plain silk and wool. No friction!
Where do you find that?
Wonder if the liquid silicone that arylic paint pour artist use would work? Ithink it is for exercise treadmills.
It’s at most sewing stores, and quilt stores too. Amazon carries it. I don’t know about the pour paint, I’d worry about it getting into the machine workings….Sewers Aid won’t hurt the machine and is not expensive at all. One drop is a generous amount.

Elderberry gummies also have Zinc and vitamin C in them and are great for kids (and adults) with The Rona. Vitamin D is super important to fight this off. I take Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin D and Vitamin C. (Zinc kills it, but it needs Quercetin to get it into the cells) Prayers for all of you to stay well or get well soon.
