It looks like she hired a professional interior designer, which I highly recommend. I’m not rich, I have done it. They are worth every penny to help make your space livable in a way that you probably couldn’t achieve.
I'm sad that they stripped the MCM wallpaper off, but everybody has their own taste. I'd probably never do wallpaper in a house anyway. It's busy, whereas you you can put art on the wall that can be tossed whenever you want a change.

Fake plants are super tacky. It's pretty easy to flood a house with house plants that are legit.
