    also a cool invisibility technique is wearable projection screen material, and an image of the background area to occupy is projected on to you so that when you enter the projection area, any body parts covered with the material become invisible, only the background is seen

    i'd like to use this for my yard's privacy fence
    people on the street would just see blurs
    and i wouldn't have the sunlight blocked by a wooden fence

      Oooooh I LOVE laser tag! Post-apocalyptic arena setting + Lasers = JOY.
      This would be a cool feature for arenas to install as a wall or partition. It would be hard to tell if someone is hiding behind them or not. I think it would be too bulky to carry around during a game, but as a fixed part of the arena it'd be awesome.

      @@iancharnas Thanks for your reply. I have ordered some Lenticular sheets from ali express. I will see how that goes. I've been promising my kids we'd make an invisibility cloak for a while. If that doesn't work, I have in laws in Canada. I can have it shipped to them and they send it to me. I love all that maker stuff. The kids an I have been working on a fibonacci disk, but it looks like something that was drawn by Dr. Seuss.

      That would be amazing if that worked! Alas, radar is a different part of the electromagnetic spectrum, which is not affected by optical lenses.

      Interesting question! You can use almost any glue but I'm only recommending the liquid optically clear adhesive. Are you having trouble finding it?

      @@iancharnas No, just trying to save money. If I only build one, I don't want to buy a UV curing light. If the kids enjoy these enough to buy a 15 pack of Lenticular Lens then a light would be a good investment.

      @@lynnbeck5903 Oh! Ok gotcha. There should be enough UV in regular sunlight, so if you put this in sunlight for a day I think that should work too. (I haven't tried that myself, but I would expect it to work).

If you visit etsy and search for “invisibility shield” and look for my photo, you should find it. They are only sold in the US unfortunately due to problems shipping internationally.
