Ended up with Crabs... Prince Rupert BC

While we are in town for Padi open water diving lessons, we put the boat in the water and do some crabbing in our spare time. We park the boat for the week at Cow Bay Marina.

Your measuring wrong, it’s not from the outside of the point on the shell, it’s the widest point of the shell not including the point

Sorry I think I’m wrong, I thought it was the widest part of the shell not including the point, every one we kept this year was at least 1/2” oversized then , probably threw 50 legal crabs away, i want to call the fish cops just to be sure, definitely not very clear
