Hi Tiana, thanks for the comment. I think the thing to stay away from is reliving past trauma. This is not that. This worked so well thank you! I was very sad and surprised to think about my best friend/crush in the hospital, as it has happened to him before and I felt so bad about it, but in the end, you were right. Being in the moment helped, but I might've gotten a little more emotional than I thought I would've in that circumstance. Have a good rest of your day, reader. :)
I love you man this is so helpful for me as an actor and as someone with ptsd who holds in their emotions and can't cry unless they're having a full on breakdown
NO WAY I ACTUALLY CRIED TOU ARE THE BEST COACH I COULD EVER ASK FOR TY TY TY TYSSSSSSMMMM
Thanks!
Omg I tried everything!! This actually worked!! Thank you so much!! This is a miracle!”
Great to hear!
it got me not long after it started-
Quando ele falou sobre o amigo em coma, meus olhos já ficaram cheios de lágrimas!
I just thought about the fact that this was exactly how my grandpa died, and how I never got to say goodbye. Worked like a charm
I started bawling my eyes out as soon as you told me to imagine the person I love the most. Still crying like a baby
I didn’t cry, all that happened was that I realized that what he was talking about will really happen someday and it wasn’t even his lesson that made me sad, it was thinking about the fact that I am gonna lose someone very close to me someday and it’s gonna hurt 😢
This video was SUPER SUPER helpful, thank you 😊 😭😭😭👍
This was so amazing and helpful, thank you, it worked instantly! ❤️❤️
So happy to hear that!
Nah bro- a tear fell from my eye the moment he said "Ill stop you right there"
There is NO WAY this actually worked… amazing video , I’ll be sure to keep this in mind when acting emotional scenes!!
I'm auditioning for a part a drama series where I have to be sad and lonely and some scenes cry so this helped so much. Thank you!
Edit: I GOT THE PART!
yayyyy congratulations🤗
Holy shit this actually made me cry on cue
...because I couldn't think of anyone to say goodbye to 💀
Love it! 🤘
i started thinking about my dad, who im very close to, and unfortunately has both asthma and high blood pressure. the thought of him being in the hospital was just too much for me,, and i cried before the video was over.
That's why it's good to use a hypothetical, so when you're done performing, you can easily come out of it.
Why did that actually make me cry? Like, I’ve been acting since I was two and I’m turning 13 in 17 days and I’ve never been able to cry on cue. This is by far one of the only useful videos on this app for me. Thank you! ❤
oh my god i did it ,like i have always been able to cry on cue but this i thought of my mom and i was just breathing loudly imagining that i wont see her again.
