      I 💖 Ayurveda!!! I’m studying Ayurveda and TCM as well as other herbal healing methods! My favorite is Ashwagandha and Tumeric

      Just eat what seasonal to your area.

      Also, people tend to need more of certain vitamins in winter. You would not need to neccesarily do that. Just eat what's seasonal in your area.

    Just wondering...how do you work the season diet when you live in a climate that’s mainly summer 10/12th of the year?
