Initially, the flowers in and around the garden were to draw pollinators in, but I absolutely fell in love with the color and beauty of having the flowers scattered about. As far as pollinators, my guess is that flowers generally have bigger, brighter, more showy blooms - and probably more scent - so pollinators are drawn into the garden. There are also certain flowers that beneficial pollinators are drawn to - like dill, and they then help control the pest pressure.
I saw it in one of your episodes, that you have flowers all around them, is that for a reason, or just for to look at ?
