What an incredible opportunity! I was offered am all expenses paid trip to Scotland in August. I drove a 10 passenger van with some older relatives a few thousand miles in just two weeks. Was so much fun but I was worn out by the time we returned. We hit the highlands and were all over the place. Many late nights behind the wheel. The Isle of Skye and hiking to the Fairy Pools was my favorite part. Didnt see many Toyota 4x4s but did spot a decked out Tacoma with a camper which was surprising. I would do bad things to have an experience like yours instead. I felt like everything I looked at could have been a postcard photo, and being able to camp and overland with some cruiserheads there would be such a treat.
Welcome to the U.K. , our homeland , Scotland is absolutely beautiful , especially the further north you go , we’ve just spent a week on the Isle of Skye, another beautiful place , if you get chance you need to see the Cairngorms, especially this time of year in the autumn . You’ll find the Scottish people are some of the friendliest people on earth . Enjoy .
Wow! Now having had first hand experience of the effort, storytelling and videography that goes into these videos, I have a new found respect! Thank you for capturing the memories… can’t wait to see what happens next! 😅
great adventure 17:20 love the diesel sound .love the LC , just wish we had a 70 series in the U.S. love the troopy the car camper overland adventure wagon I could build ,still wish for a LC300 , Lexus has 5 LX600 models sold in the U.S. soon 2 LX700h models we could have a LC 300 here in the U.S. .other parts of the world get 2 row basic base utility models sorry but the sequoia TRD pro is more 3 row luxury family School bus
Welcome to our country, whether it's Scotland, England or Wales ! There's some great byways around The Lake District , also the strata florida in Wales. Lots of them are narrow and scratchy though. Great video too , enjoy your time here 😀 👍
26:00 Loch Lamond...you should check out the Loch Lamond in Colorado next time you're there! Fun trail and beautiful reservoir with some alpine lakes up above it.
Wow very beautiful and also cinematic video and enjoyed every bit of it and looking forward to see more. This one made me an instant subscriber to your channel 😂 and being a cruiser fan myself i was awestruck by seeing those cruiser beauties Many thanks for taking me along and of course more cruisers ❤
New sub here from UK 🙋♂️ nudged by Ali (of Classic Cruise). Really enjoyable vid. I always find it interesting to see what people from other countries think of our humble little rock. Looking forward to the next part!
I missed the chat as I was driving. Great episode this week. Someday I will make it here. Very much a part of my heritage also. Can’t wait to see the rest of the journey!
What a truly wonderful and unique episode, the difference between your magnificent American episodes is chalk and cheese, truly amazing difference indeed, if you ever get the chance New Zealand and Australia are even more wonderful to travel. 😊😊.
Enjoyed the video. can't wait to see the other. it's nice to see the countryside from a regular person rather than some kind of tourist view. enjoy keep up good work
I lived in the UK for a little over 10 yrs back, in the mid-80s to mid-90s. Drove all over and explored a lot. Went camping in the lake district on several occasions. Scotland was fun. UK over with its liquid sunshine. You have M, A, B and C roads. C roads are widened cow pastures 😂
What a fun video! Thanks for taking us along 🤘
Thanks, man! 👍
Awesome video! Gotta love those old Toyota windshield wipers, haha
Right? Just barely adequate lol
Scotland…my favorite place on Earth!
