It's so hard watching videos like this with such calm relaxed babies when i got a colicky refluxing 3 month old screaming the house down all day and night. Its impossible to have a schedule and everyday is tough and brings unpredictabile challenges. It's crazy how different one baby is to another it really does impact your experience as a parent. What i would do to experience just 1 day like yours with a relaxed baby that doesn't scream for hours on end regardless of whatever you do.
It's so true that every baby is just so incredibly different and everyone's story is different. I'm so sorry your situation is so tough. Our baby girl definitely went through some witching hour nights when she was younger but nothing too bad. I hope the tide changes for you soon. From my experience, everything is a phase that will eventually end. Some phases are longer than others, but things will hopefully get better eventually. Hang in there.
Mindblowing when people can just put their babies down for a nap. Mine HAS to nurse to sleep and then be put down SUPER gently or else she wakes up and cries to be rocked again
yeah the rest of us with non aesthetic baby lifetyles dont have aesthetic youtube or instagram pages cuz were so damn busy attending to our babies crying.
Erin y’all are search good parents the baby is beautiful I love the way you are with her it’s a blessing to see the way the world is today I bless your family and will keep you in my prayers
I’m so encouraged to hear you say that her day naps are inconsistent. My baby is 3 months now and I’ve been getting so stressed out wondering how long her next nap will be. Sometimes she sleeps 2 hours, but otherwise it’s 1 hour or 30 minutes. I work remote while she sleeps and my nerves are always like glass lately praying I can get another hour of work in. Any advice is appreciated!
My days look almost exactly like this, but they start much earlier 😂 I wish my 3M baby would sleep til 8, but sadly he seems to prefer 5. I’m trying to be more diligent about naps starting this month. It’s a good idea to alternate between bassinet and being held/worn. I’ll try that out!
You just don't change their diaper! Typically if they aren't waking up as much at night and aren't having feeding throughout the night, they don't soil their diaper as much. We do of course still have situations where she's peed through her diaper in the night, but it's not as much as you would think!
Hey! Just found your channel and watching all the videos I can 💕💕 What’s the pillow you’re using for breastfeeding in this video? I feel like you have a different one in each video and I’d love to hear which one you like the best.
So we keep the Boppy Nursing Pillow in our bedroom - (affiliate link) amzn.to/3DMhrvi AND we have the nursing pillow from bbhugme in the living room - us.bbhugme.com/collections/shop-all-products/products/nursing-pillow?variant=39651875684544 We started with just the Boppy nursing pillow and it works fine, but it likes to slide away from your body sometimes which can be annoying. So we picked up a pre-loved bbhugme nursing pillow from someone on Poshmark. You tie it around your waist so it doesn't fall away from your body. I'm able to lounge around more and not have to worry about it as much. But I like how big and comfy the Boppy it is for Babygirl at night. It's faster to get it around you too for quick nighttime feedings. So I like them both. They're just different. And I liked not having to lug my nursing pillow around the house, so we kept both.
I stumbled upon your video and glad I did. Ftm here and I found your video very helpful. P.S. I really love baby girl's nursery. Can you please link the plant/tree that's in her room? I would love something like that for our baby boy's nursery. Thank you 💕
so it's okay right to let the baby sleep for more than 10 hours straight without nursing them? Please help... My 3 months old have quite the same schedule like the one in this video and i am scared because i thought we should wake them up to feed during the night time sleep.. Thank you
Hello I hope you are doing well. I am also also on my way to be having a 2nd baby soon and shouldn't be any problems and hope for the best. Guess what it is and the 1st one as well.
How can she sleep right away ? I'm really struggling with my LB isn3 months 😭 I have to breastfeed him in other for him to fall asleep. Sometimes he doesn't take naps 🤣 so I'm a zombie most of the time lol
Oh no! Everyone has different struggles. At one point our babygirl would only nap if she was being worn and walked around in a pitch black room with the sound machine going. You do what you gotta do! Hang in there ❤️ You’re doing great!
Do you wake your baby up in the morning? I’m in doubt what I shall do. Mine sometimes sleeps a little longer in the mornings and this way I get to sleep a little longer too. However, if we were to wake up the same time every day, this could benefit our routine.. What do you all think?
Honestly, I'll only wake up my babies if they go past 8:30am. We are lucky to not have to be on a strict schedule so I let them go through their natural sleep cycle. However, I know I have to be prepared for a possible later bedtime.
My MIL cat was so jealous of our newborn that she attacked his eyes. Thank God we were close enough to shew her away. She did scratch him there around the eyes. So frightening. She was a housecat not an outside one. Other than that she was always calm. So plz do not trust your cat near the baby.
I have a 10 week old and this video is soooooo much more realistic in my opinion than any other I’ve seen on TH-cam!

My 2 month old son absolutely does not let me put him down ever 😭 my other 5 weren't as clingy still clingy but not as clingy as this one haha
This was really helpful as I'll trying to get a routine for my girl

Oh no so early! Have you tried feeding them and then putting them down again when they get up at 5am? Or are they just up and at em?
How do you manage diaper change when baby sleeps through night?
You just don't change their diaper! Typically if they aren't waking up as much at night and aren't having feeding throughout the night, they don't soil their diaper as much. We do of course still have situations where she's peed through her diaper in the night, but it's not as much as you would think!
How are you able to wear her to sleep after eating without her spitting up? Do you wait some time.after she eats before putting her in your wrap?
Amazing vlog🤎 thanks for sharing Erin 😃

Watching while trying to get my newborn to go back to sleep cause I am a sleepy mama. It's 8am but I'm exhausted
You got this mama!
Why confuse day and night? My baby naps during the day in his bassinet while the room is bright.

What is the name of the crib? I’m looking for one like that ☺️
I believe it’s the Delta Children Adley crib. We got ours from Target!

Baby like animals
Let me guess, you have either plug in air fresheners or use essential oils? This is likely the reason why your cat drools.
❤
Keep the cat 🐈 away from baby 👶 her hairs are really fine and could get ingested if too close to 👶 ❤
🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦
,,,,,,
Essential oil machines are terrible around babies and have been linked to sinus issues. You're huffing aerosolized oils, not bueno.

Hey don't keep cat with your baby..it's not good idea..video is super
