I have been doing this for 4 years studying and studying but not putting anything into action because of fear and because I've been going through a couple of illnesses and I'm still sick and I've been struggling with other things that are more important to me in my personal life but I think this is more important than even that and I should have taken a long time ago. Why I don't know since it is the law and since they're already covered and they get reim reimburse that it shouldn't be a fight

@@pump_6669 Exactly that is also my interpretation... the "trick" (if you want to call it that...) Is in understanding the difference between "ownership" and "interest"... and you need a basic understanding of "trust interpretation"... In a trust... the title is with the "trustee"... so legally, you can say, that "ownership" is with the trustee, meaning they are liable for charges against said "property", in this case the "Registered Name"... that you use as the basis of all your "identification" A couple notes here: The Birth Certificate itself can never be used as a form of identification, it can only "create" "identification"... A record can be used as a title in trust... and they (the Registrar, representing the "State" or "Crown", etc...) are the holders of that legal title (as Registrar...) However this now requires a proper understanding of "ownership" or "owner" (as well as the true hidden meaning of "identification" (which I'm going to skip over for now...sorry!) But getting back to "ownership", it is a short form for "Beneficial Owner", meaning, you are acting as a surety for a Registered Name aka legal title aka Corporate Entity, aka Certificated Security aka the Birth Certificate... which they are holding in a type of trust relationship (and yes, all those different words can be used interchangeably depending on the context!) So... "Beneficial Owner" means you are 'acting' as, or vested with, the privileges AND liabilities of the Registered NAME (aka the Mask + the Mask wearer...) Beneficial Owner is a fancy way of saying you are the TAXPAYER, which is a fancy way (aka) You are 'acting' (there's that word again... '; ) as the "Legal Person", based on an interpretation, (or "presumption" in the legal courts...) that you are consenting to be the surety for the Corporation... This "presumption" is based on their observation of HOW YOU ACT AND HOW YOU BEHAVE when you communicate with others, especially government agents, courts, police, lawyers, etc., etc... Ok, getting away from the "legal stuff"... and more back to your belief regarding "claim" to your "Estate" (part of the Birth Certificate" /corporation/legally dead entity/"legal Person" ("the Mask" or "Persona" seen and used in the "public"...) Because the Birth Certificate has been secured against something like an actuarial calculation of our lifetime of labor, possibly derived from statistical averages of IRS income tax records, equity, wealth, etc... the point is, there is a security with an attached monetary value, which is held in trust without your knowledge (perfectly allowable in trust interpretation btw...) and while we're at it, that there is your basic explanation of how "Money is debt" btw...) And it was this monetary value which was "held in trust" by government agencies ("trustees") and used as a form of M1 money... held either in the treasury or special banks and calculated as a measure of the wealth of the Nation... that was then "borrowed" by the Government (acting trustee entity) from the Banks which created this value to public monetary "transformation" via financial paperwork based on trust interpretation (Equity Jurisprudence a 600 year law form) And because that M1 money was used and loaned out by banks to build our roads and hospitals and public infrastructure... then we as the original source of that monetary value... are the creditors... And if you think of it from this point of view... from a creditors point of view... yes... we did pay for everything ALREADY!... But that is another big question... what role are you playing (there are many 'hats' here to wear... and knowing what the "relationships" (as in parties in a trust relationship) and the classic "Knowing who you are" become critical... hyper critical in fact... because if you get it wrong you could find yourself in a "breach of trust"... So yes... I agree with you here... '; D
I have spent years looking into this topic and I don’t know how many videos and hours I have even spent but more than it should take to understand what’s going on. The problem, or one of them, is that most of the material out there is just done by people who are frankly, just not very good at teaching. I tried it and it never works. Theirs a whole group on telegram and our experience with credit cards is they will close your account and tell u that u still owe them money.

Even the online bill you should be able to print off the bill slip with the codes as shown in the video above and then write the necessary texts to charge the bill, then send off as payment. Just stop the direct debit also to make it work.

Working in the credit card industry quite a few things made no sense. First if it’s a “Bill” its currency, if there is no negative balance, it’s not a debt. How can I owe on a positive balance? But unless you question the obvious, you’ll continue to do what we’ve been told to do, and not question out of fear. The Wizard of us teaches us a lot about this. It really does… rabbit hole is deep.

That is very true what you have said, if the 'bill' denotes a positive value then it is not a debt... So the problem was figuring out how one pays themselves for it. :)

A credit card account in debt (small) but receiving deposits in $1000 amount, waaaaay more than the monthly interest ..... Bank staffer heard it was being used for food and rent for family with school aged children, sole parent working part time......bank immediately close account and sent to debt collection agency.....heartless, predatory lenders. Customer had a 25-30 year history with bank through several bank takeovers from building society to international loan shark status......bank staffer told customer to tell staff at bank across the road to use "extreme measures" to break a Government protected superannuation fund to pay the credit card balance.....legally, I guess bank staffer thought they were "helping the customer"

@@mespain4061 That's a good question as I've studied so much. On this topic there were some good videos on Eric Jon Phelps - Vatican Assassins, but most of them are gone now. Most of the United States presidents are descendants of King John, the famous Magna Charta King, who signed an agreement with the Pope. These descendants are carrying on this agreement. The Magna Charta was a result of a lawful grand jury of 25 freemen of the realm who found the King guilt of treason against his country and his people. A grand jury indictment had to be presented to the King back then and when it was given to King John he was furious and waged a 2-1/2 year war against these noblemen and lost. To keep his head he had to recognize the rights of these noblemen. The Robin Hood movie with Russel Crowe is a good one to help understand what happened. A freeman is one who bears a coat of arms. That is his title that he is not a commoner or ordinary, he is extraordinary - one who is outside the authority of the catholic church. The Catholic church ran the government in every Christian country until the reformation and the Jesuits were created as an army to fight this freedom movement. You can see this structure in the Three Musketeer movies. The 2011 version is very good as it shows the church running the dead municipal jurisdiction and the skeleton on their flying ship.

I have paid my gas and electric for 2 1/2 years using this method it works, although the companies have got two solicitors to write to me but I reply telling them its paid with photo copies and they go quiet. The council the cunning sods wouldn't except my promissory note and got the D.W.P to stop money from my pension credits , this fight is on going because its illegal to do so.

All the banks, loan centers, credit cards, utility company etc, are just service centers, that extend your credit back to you. Bills can only be paid with interest. Think of yourself as an investor in these corporations ( since they use your ss# to open the account) and the bill is your dividend check, accept it, endorse it and perform, send back to Treasury to set off the account. Thats it.

You have to send it registered traceable mail. That's how you get them to sign . Because they have to sign just like you would if you received a piece of registered mail. And that also makes it a legal contract. Can't remember which ucc code it is but I believe it's in there

@@dustinandlovisamcbee2605 Interesting, you would struggle to get that signature in the UK, most mail for utilities, credit cards, banks, HMRC is sent to a PO box. You can send it registered with signature, but there is nobody there to sign for it, which sucks big time. In Spain, sending a registered letter for signature also gets you nowhere. The argument is that yes an envelope was received and signed for, but there is no evidence of what, if any, document was contained in that envelope. You have to take the document to the place to get it stamped and signed (not always possible) or send a burofax from the post office (correos). Both of which are expensive. I suspect there is a way around this potential barrier. If there isn´t I suspect t to see corporations in other countries behaving similarly at some point soon.

The word you're looking for in regards to the 4th vs 9th edition is, Jurisprudence. It was established as such, therefore it has as much backing as the changed edition.

As we live in corporations if you are not beholding to the corporation the police are powerless as in reality they are private security for the corporation which is their limited influence. If you owe nothing have no license registered assets or are taking from them you are free. I think this may also be linked to what we call in Australia TACC if you are in a road accident you are paid out for injury by the corporation as you registered or hold their license so they are responsible for corporation property on corporation infrastructure. Stop thinking of our home as a country it is not its a corporation its all control and commerce in the end.

The statement they send (the check) it's not a true bill it's actually confirming the thing is paid. You need to tell them to apply the principal's balance to the principals account. You're the the only one that can tell them to do it.

Well, because it doesn't work. You will just eventually get a charge off and wreck your credit. You will then have to somehow wait out the statute of limitations and credit reporting until you can do it again.

this is because there is no money anymore, only debt. All that debt is borrowed on the full faith and credit of the people. Wouldn't it be something if everyone figured this out and then we demanded payment for all that has been borrowed from us? That would be pretty cool.
The most annoying thing I've ran into is debt collectors because the majority of them refuse to send me anything in the mail. They say they did or they tried to reach out to me and I didn't respond, etc. So they won't actually send me a bill yet they're able to destroy my credit.
I've heard that no one has the right to effect your credit, but you. so if you contest any debt on your credit it'll go away
You have to send them a letter that you require proof they have the contract they must have with your signature on it that you let the collection agency was allowed to collect it instead of who it was with originally with, in order to allow them to discharge it, instead of whomever the debt was originally with.

The problem with every “accepted for value” is that these people are ALWAYS selling a workshop or a subscription or their pile of documents. I’ve been following this for years and I have NEVER seen a single bill accepted. It’s always all promises and no proof.
I tried this method with my CC and they immediately closed the account and said I was in violation of the customer agreement.

Me again. While using the legal dictionary, read more definitions. Words are important but many have a meaning different than what you believe them to mean. Legalese is a foreign language, used by the foreign corporation. I suggest starting with "citizen". Then "human", "corporation", "person", " register", United States, which was changed several years ago, taxpayer. Btw, why does anyone pay federal income tax when they have no federal income? Know who you are... truly a must. ❤

However, since the ones who devised this system are benefiting from this banking system and emergency we are still under the emergency. AND they still have all the gold. So they will never bring honest lawful money back unless there is a demand by force from the people eg., there is an overthrow of the government and subsequently the Federal reserve who is lending the government money based and backed by the people's sweat equity tear labor as the collateral.🤔😡

I believe the part you are missing is the fact that they hold all the legal titles to our property and securitize them. This is how they must fund the ability of discharge the debt. They hold the tile to the name you use, the title to your car, to your home, etc and you only hold equitable title you can trade.

Hi David. Im in Australia, and im learning all this commercial, common, or natural law from everywhere and different people here, Australia, the UK, Canada, and the USA. Basically, the English world, but I am Latin American.
I'm not sure if there are people in Latin America waking people up about this, but i assume there must be. I think it's everywhere.
Especially with what has gone on with the pandemic and what they are trying to do in regards to the New World Order.
That's how I came across all this type of info because of the pandemic, lock downs, and jabs mandates.
It took me by surprise when all that happened even though I was aware of the perpretators and their plan for a few years before already.
I didn't know all this info though, including the fact that we do not have to consent or contract with the corporate govs and much less the elite because i learned that all these dont have authority only the one you give them.
Nevertheless, I still felt all was lost since I wasn't aware of all these truths.
Despite that, I still didn't comply at least with the jabs only.
Unfortunately, with most of the lock downs, i did because I didn't want to pay fines or be thrown into jail or beaten down by the supposed authorities since I didn't know all this info that everything they were doing was illigal and wrong.
Luckily, I just got stood down by my employer and was called back once they terminated the jabs' mandates.
While being stood down, I luckily found work with small business employers who did not care about the jabs.
Anyway, I have a question regarding discharging bill payments:
What if some of the utilities companies dont send you bills but the debit bill payments direct from your bank account because that's how they have set it up only? How can anyone discharge this type of bill payments?
I have suspicions that some utility companies are doing it that way because they know people are waking up to this truth, and they want to make it harder for us to discharge it.

In other words, can they just be signed off on without filing other documents to various official offices stating that you are the beneficiary of the trust? How does the company actually get paid. I think doing this "payment" scheme is a fast track to jail as judges don't seem to know anything about this and neither do the people you send your

The negotiable instrument is the "money" in this UCC-based fiat currency system. Your signature brings the "money" into existence, whenever you sign a promissory note or a check/draft/order to pay. I say "money" in quotes because money in fact is only gold or silver coin, or something with inherent stored value. What we're using now isn't money at all... it's funds, credits, or currency.
The company was already paid when they accessed the trust and double dip expecting us to pay fiat currency. They make a general deposit for their benefit instead of a special deposit into our trust.
When I was in second grade, we were taught that dollars are represented by the S with 2 slashes. Now the mark only has one slash for fiat money... $. I'd bet that most people do not know that.

New to all this. UK based. Is this a promissory note? If so doesnt the word 'promissory' imply you promise to pay at some point in the future? So lets say i owe £1000 to a corporation. If i use a promissory note does that mean technically the debt is still owed and ive now accepted the obligation to pay the debt in legal tender at some point in the future because i used a promissory note? I.e by using the promossory note im accepting i owe the debt and the promissory note is just an IOU until i can pay in real money? Or does it totally wipe the debt and it wont ever come back to bite me in the ass?
