thx u for the amazing review. i think u have to go to the disk management to see the file, coz sometimes u need to format it at the disk management level, before it will be read by your windows
When u clone just make sure u assign a different letter for new drive in disk manager, because they both have same disk letter one of them don't show up, judt check disk manager when ever ur drive don't show up, usealy it's letter conflict
I had the same issue with the clone not showing up, you have to open Disk Management and you will see the clone with a red down arrow... You have to right click and change from offline to online.

hello the cloning process was stopped with the LEDs of 75 and 100 and I do not move forward do you know why this is?
My old HDD it heats and unrecognized by the pc. it has bad sectors also. does my HDD will be recognizable if i use a enclosure..?

I have a 1TB SATA HDD with only disk space occupied 200GB. Can I use this to clone to a 500GB SATA HDD though the target size is smaller?
I'm just wondering how the speed of copying the file (not cloning) from bay 1 yo bay 2? Have you tested previously?
I use this docker on my server. But when the electricity in my neighborhood is down the Orico stays off and I can't use my Server. I have to come home and push the power button to power on the device. Any ideas how to make it stay on after Power outage? Thank you
Thanks for the amazing review. I have used Orico dockin station to clone the data from hard disk A (500GB) to hard disk B (2TB). When it is completed, both hard disks changed from basic to dynamic disk. The problem for me to convert back both to basic disk. If anyone has experience on how to convert the disk without losing the data, please share...thank you
u can use tools like MiniTools Partition Wizard for this
great video, but what if I clone my OS SSD (250GB) which is already partition (C:100gb, D:150gb) to bigger SSD like 512GB. Is the result will be partition as well as exact size? Is the result will be C:100gb, D:150gb and the rest is unallocated data?

yes, its possible for the 2 bays to act as storage.
but the router part to act as nas , i dont know.

Does this device have 'sleep' function? The specs are not clear about that, from what I can see.
What's a good way to eject, bro? it's still on and the light is still blue, if you turn it off immediately from docking, it means that it's forcibly turned off.

Hi, so far how would you rate this product for being used to date?
liking the product so far. noticed cloning process works only at first go of a new fresh out of the box ssd. multiple times of cloning on the same ssd wouldnt work, so end up using software on board to clone. other probs im having is that the hard drive reading sometimes not detected.

Good vid - thanks. Regarding your 2 SSD's not showing up together - my guess is - as clones, they won't show up twice as the OS sees them as the same drive (using the same drive letter etc ...). That would also explain why the 2 HDD's showed up.
This is my guess as well.
haha When you clone a drive, obviously it will have the same drive letter and windows will fail to map it. You've to assign another drive letter in 'disk management' to access it.
is it still working, I saw a lot of bad review on amazon
after using it for months now, i would say the cloning sometimes work and sometimes doesnt and the slot sometimes it cant read 2 hdd/ssd at the same time. need to take one out first, then read is possible. to read two slots, shut down computer, insert the two hdd/ssd before switch on the module, then is able to read upon restart.
