Does the friend writing the letter, has to be a US citizen or a Greencard holder is fine?
Should the letters of support be typed or is it best to have them handwritten?
My application i130 for spouse is going with a package and sent by priority mail. Is it ofline?
And is it quicker? Or good?
Hi there! Sounds like you're mailing it so yes, it is offline. Is it a stand alone I-130? Is that the only form you're filing for a spouse who is currently overseas?
