He now has enough sincerity for Unconditional Love, so that's an option for destiny. In order to do that though, he needs to get Pep's happiness up by 29 points. He could also go for equal partners, as he is close in happiness total to pep, but he needs to get up to 20 for that. Getting the secrets out without inching towards the finale sounds like the best move, as it helps both of these options.

Reviewing what you have, you should be playing the "Where should we live?" card and playing D sometime soon, as the goal you're going to want to accomplish so far is "Unconditional Love". Pep should almost definitely be following suit and saying he doesn't want to move in together any time soon.
