Yes, Genji can indeed deflect ults, and quite a lot of them as well. Some examples of ults he can deflect are: - Dead Eye (Cassidy/Mccree) - Dragonstrike (Hanzo) (Side note: You have to deflect the arrow before the dragons appear, otherwise you'll die trying to deflect the giant spiritual danger noodles) - Graviton Surge (Zarya) - Blizzard (Mei) (Side note: You have to deflect snowball (little robot she carries and throw around) for the ultimate to be deflected) - Overclock (Sojourn) - Rocket Barrage (Pharah) - Molten Core (Torbjorn) - Death Blossom (Reaper) - Configuration: Artillery (Bastion) (Side note: Yes, you can surprisingly enough do this by placing yourself in the center of where the thing will land and deflecting while looking upwards, but it's completely useless and leaves you so vulnerable it's not worth trying unless you have absolutely no other choice.) - Captive Sun (Illari) - Whole Hog (Roadhog) - Tactical Visor (Soldier 76) - Pulse Bomb (Tracer) Side Note: Notice that every ult he can deflect, also applies for D.Va's defense matrix, the more you know! Bonus information - There are other ultimates that although you can't deflect, you can block them like: - Primal Rage (specifically winston's punches) - Dragonblade (Genji, who will not be able to damage you while trying to slice you) - Rampage (Junker Queen, to my understanding she won't hurt you and therefore the anti heal won't be applied to you, but that might have been patched without me noticing, since it has been a while from the last time I used either of them)
The beginning of Hanzo’s ult is an arrow that turns into the dragons. The arrow can be absorbed and reflected like a normal projectile, but once it turns into the dragons that’s it

Yo dont have to look up to deflect bastion ult, you just have to stand in the middle and you could get some kills with it.
