  • Many foreigners think the Chinese pork intestine is a serious Chinese food when they heard it first. But after you have tasted it, you would not forget the delicious taste from it. We don't need to "beautify" the title of this recipe. If you like it, you will be attracted by its taste.
Preparing the intestine is pretty similar to how you might make stomach. But it needs many times to clean its nauseous smell. We provide an easy way to help you do that. But we still recommend you take a face mask to isolate its smell. It will be an interesting cooking journey from bad smell to good smell. Don't forget to take a drink with it if you like to drink any beer. Hope you can try this Chinese deep fried pork intestine recipe at home.

Hi, Maurice. It is large intestine. In China, we commonly use the large intestine because there are many large intestine for a pig.

Very labour intensive, expensive and wasteful. Not for someone who has to work. Other than that, I don't eat pork. I was just curious as to the process.

Great, it took me few hours to cook this. But it is wonderful when I eat it.
