We don't recommend use pork leg to do this recipe. Just use the fresh pork.

This tastes like a very calming soup I'd want to have when sick or if I have an upset tummy~ The broth was completely absorbed by the melon, the flesh becoming tender, almost melting in your mouth! Soak the rice vermicelli in water for 10 minutes then drain them. Next, add hot water to the noodles and boil them for 1-2 minutes then drain them before you can add curry on top :)
