Depends. If we put it on the refrigerator, it can keep a week. If we put it outside, it only can keep 2 days in the normal temputure.

The first milk skin on the top of the milk should be trashed. We don't need the first milk skin
Too much ingredients and expensive for a 1 salmon head, are you going to eat its bone?..
Hah, I think those ingredients are very cheap if we cook normaly. The meat of the salmon head is a little but it is very delicious after using our method to cook.

It became Sweet Bean jelly after having it in the fridge for a few hours. I am not sure if I done this correctly because you cannot use it to dip at all. My Zha Jiang mian (for which I needed the sauce) I did with a mixture of this one and hoisin. The final product didn't taste anything like this so I will probably go for hoisin sauce
If you put it into the fridge before, you should heat it before you use it.
