Don't know if this can help you, it helped me though. If you're struggling to get past your current limit, try playing other rythm games for a few weeks or so. I dropped out of Osu standard for about 5 months, played a bunch of Osu mania and muse dash, then came back, and I could manage to play and also FC some songs I couldn't even bring myself to finish in the first place (probably developed some sort of ear for the rythm, idk)
