I found this foil to be fast, and it glides well and turns well on flatwater conditions.very fast out of the turn.overall, it is more fun than the sk8's that I am on now.
I am getting the 700 for downwind gliding. This 800 was a demo and actually did well as an all-rounder for small surf and gliding but seemed a little big when conditions increased.
14-18, maybe. I have the 700 for a higher wind glider, but the 800 gets on foil easier and allows one to slow down a little and tacks easier. I would imagine the 900 and the 1000 would be nice to have also depending on your weight .
Interesting that it's more fun than the sk8! Looking forward to hearing how it perform in good swell

Nice. Can you say what the wind speed was there? Thinking about getting but undecided between 700 and 800.
